“The hotel itself is stunning. Beautiful rooms, restaurants, pool (although very small vs number of guests). Right on the beach too so location is amazing. The breakfast is also top drawer. The issue however was service. My wife and I had a somewhat bizarre 2 night stay in that we felt as though we may have been invisible! Passed dozens of times at the pool without acknowledgment let alone offer of a drink, room not turned down once in 48 hours despite two specific requests. Sat In the lobby bar without being attended to twice. We’re not precious about these things but for what they charge you would expect more. Overall a mixed bag”

When I told them I don't smoke and hate the smell, and it couldn't be true, they finally said they'd give my deposit back.However, it's been over a month, and I still haven't received deposit. When I called them just now, they blamed it on my bank and insisted it's not their concern. Please, no more excuses. It looks like they choose certain guests to trick into keeping their deposits. I really don't recommend staying there because you might end up paying more than you planned.In that case, I recommend choosing other hotel closer to the city center with better quality.
