“Leonardo at the front desk is super, his dedication is apparent and the property is lucky to have him. Our room was spacious and clean - larger than expected. The common area had a nice Christmas tree. The breakfast was fine, they had sufficient choices and made drinks to order. Since we were there for only one night we were out and about but if we had stayed in the tea time / wine hour would have been a good option in the afternoon. We didn’t mind at all the short flight of stairs to get to the elevator to get to reception when we checked in (my four year old daughter climbed them with ease.)”

“Room very basic and it seems a 2 stars and not 3. Very uncomfortable double bed mattress and I suggest twin beds for better sleeping. Breakfast is basic. Very friendly and attentive personnel. I think price is too much for what it offers, compared with other hotels we stayed in Tuscany.”

“This place is the epitome of Tuscan paradise!!! Myself and my partner have just returned from our wedding weekend at Villa Cicolina, which accommodated all of our friends and family and I honestly can't put into words how incredible everything was. From the exceptional views, enchanting rooms, charming decor, quaint pockets of immaculately maintained gardens, heavenly food and delicious wine, to the phenomenally hard working staff, who went above and beyond for an entire year to make it everything we could have ever wanted and worked relentlessly throughout our wedding weekend to ensure our guests were all very looked after. We have had the joy of staying here twice now, during autumn and the peak summer season and on both occasions the villa is truly the serenest setting and a idyllic form of escapism. It has the perfect combination of rustic Tuscan grandeur (without being pretentious), but with touches of modernism outside of the main villa. The reviews generally speak for themselves, but we were surprised at the odd few comments regarding the location being far away from town and it being 'dated'. This is baffling to us! As soon as we started our research, we knew instantly the authentic style of property we were looking at and it is clearly noted on google maps to be approx. a 25/30 min walk from Montepulciano town centre! Also, one not to be missed. We already cannot wait to return again and look forward to seeing the wonderful and friendly faces that made our trip so so special. If you are thinking of celebrating your wedding/a special occasion here, or even just to have a relaxing break, don't hesitate... it will be the trip of a lifetime!”

“Amazing spot! Beautiful surroundings and a great swimming pool. The bell tent is a great glamping experience! Everything you need is taken care of. An equipped outdoor kitchen available if you want to cook. And a great restaurant with good food. Also a daily bread service, so convenient! The staff is also very friendly and helpful.”

“The first time we visited this gorgeous farm in 2018 we were so obsessed with the location, the hospitality, the comfort, and the views! Of course we had to return, and this time bring my in-laws. We were so happy to be back! Antonella, our Italian host/friend, is just as lovely as always with amazing customer service and great recommendations. Her and her team were so attentive to our needs and well-being. My in-laws truly were pleased with their stay! They loved the rooms, the pool, and just taking a peaceful walk through the farm. “The hotel couldn't be closer to the sea, you just cross the street and you're at the promenade. The stay was amazing, starting from the super clean, air-conditioned, nicely smelling room to the delicious breakfasts served at the rooftop terrace... “It's a lovely building...it's literally a castle...so it gives a wonderful atmosphere....the room was ok...a lot of broken lights....and it needs a lot of maintenance. Noisy because the air conditioner....the pictures of it were nicer than the actual room, but it was fine... Service was inexistent...at the arrival we were shown our room that was on 3rd floor (no lift) and then to speak with someone I had to call the number instead to call a receptionist...( no phone in the room) Breakfast was a bit strange....a tray with a couple of croissants, some jam , some biscuits....I aspected a buffet like most of other hotels....tips for ladies....don't wear high heels!!!!my wife was in struggle for everything....another tip...if you want enjoy the jacuzzi, fill it ASAP...it toke more than an hour to fill it beacose the lack of water pressure... Would I suggest it to other customers??? No!!!! It's expensive for what it is... Far from town centre.... Lack of service....”
