“Due to some flight delays, I didn't arrive to this hotel until almost midnight. When I arrived, I expected a 24/7 reception. Despite having sent an email informing of my late arrival, there was no one at reception. I called the posted after hours number a few times with no answer. Couldn't find any info about a late check in. Eventually called the after hours number again, got an employee who came out to the lobby to assist. He told me I hadn't paid yet (which was true - I booked a pay on arrival room). He told me he couldn't use the card machine so I had to either bank transfer him or pay cash - this seemed quite odd, but he told me I couldn't get my room unless I did this. Luckily another employee happened to be walking by (off duty), and eventually sorted it out for me - saying I could pay in the morning. It turns out the initial gentleman was just an emergency maintenance employee. Overall, the issue got resolved, but it was quite concerning that I wouldn't have a room, and should have been publicised that check in closes at a certain time. The rooms themselves were average, but didn't seem the cleanest. Bathrooms were a little dirty and sheets didn't seem to be properly washed. Overall it was manageable for 1 night, but I would probably not stay here again.”

“Such a great place. Stayed at Lou Cabasson in 2022 and came back in 2023. Will be back again next year. The owners have done an amazing job since taking over 2 years ago. Lots of refurbishment, but the real success comes from the family themselves… always helpful and a pleasure to spend time with. They have focused on the most important things to ensure the best experience… great pool, great service and amazing food. The restaurant food is better than any of the local restaurants you will find… and don’t miss the weekly ‘moules-frites’… the best you’ll ever taste.”
