“The young man in the front i believe his name is COY gave my brother and I some stellar recommendations for the evening and was very knowledgeable with all the inventory on site and amenities at this facility . Beds are nice very spacious rooms and the bar was cool as good oh and rooms were clean and bathrooms were clean and nice as well…. Lovely bartender as well I didn’t catch her name she was older but she was awesome as hell! The staff here was awesome and made our stay that much better…. The pool area was awesome too.”

“Stayed 1 night. Check in was easy, staff friendly. Free breakfast and hot cocoa bar. After looking over the room, floor in main room and bathroom could use a good sweeping and vacuuming. Some minor trash was left. Brought this up to manager on check out and she said she would look into it.”

“Only stayed for one night, and the room was spacious and clean. Staff could not be friendlier and welcoming, and the free breakfast was great. I had the western omelets and biscuit, with coffee and OJ. They also had a waffle making station, cereal, oatmeal, muffins and yogurt - not a bad spread at all. The only bad part was that our room was on the first floor and right next to the kitchen (we did not realize at the time), and we heard loud noises through the early morning hours, as breakfast stays at 6am, which made it hard to sleep. Next time, we will request a room on the higher floors.”

“Fantastic location; staff was friendly; gorgeous main building with great amenities; breakfast selection was extensive and the food was fresh. We stayed in the building adjacent to the main building and I loved seeing all the old photographs throughout the property. The adjacent building is considerably dated though; no elevators, dark throughout the building and rooms. The rooms were a decent size however. It was less than ideal having to go across the way to the main building to access amenities like the pool during inclement weather, then to have to go back wet in the cold. Obviously nothing can be done about this set up, but try to get a room in the main building for a better experience.”

“Very cute hotel in downtown Jackson, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants galore. The woman who checked us in was very polite. The rooms were clean and they did well creating that western aesthetic. The bed was comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. Also pet friendly which is a huge plus and did not even charge a pet fee which was a bigger plus. Very affordable, comfortable and cozy. Would highly recommend.”

“The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. There are several restaurant choices very close by. The only negative for us is the "too soft" water. Takes 3 times longer than usual to get rinsed off. But good pressure and temp.”

With better communication skills from this staff member I feel there would have been no conflict. After all, who needs to be hasseled about parking after a long day's drive?...”
