“The overall experience was a good one. The food at the hotel was excellent and access to the park was great. If you visit, make sure you try out the sharing cocktails in the bar. On the downside, the rooms are extremely small so you can do nothing more than sleep in them, and even that is not easy!!!. Could not even get my laptop out anywhere. Sadly, there is nothing to do in the hotel other than the bar and this in not anywhere near big enough for the number of guests the hotel can hold. It was a very expensive stay and, next time, we will stay elsewhere with more space. However, it was worth it, as a one off, just for the experience.”

“Disgusting! Do not stay here! Tried to call to inform the hotel of a late arrival but no one answered the phone despite numerous attempts. When I arrived at the hotel I found it was locked without any reception staff. The automatic check-in would not recognise my booking reference and so I had to pay for a second room. When I complained the next day the receptionist just smiled at me and told me it was not his problem. I have tried calling to talk to the management but still can not get through and have not been offered any refund for either booking. The room was so basic, with hairs in the bed and dirty floor!”
