I called shortly after check-out and they replied that they have thrown them in the trash and did not apologize for the incident. Especially for a smaller independent hotel, I believe it would have been worth it going the extra mile, of at the very least keeping the products for a few days, or notifying the customer. I see this is bad customer service, which is unfortunate that this left a bad taste in my mouth after we had a pleasant stay.”

“We spent several nights at this hotel and highly recommend it. The price was very good verse other hotels and expected it not to be as good as it was. The hotel was renovated 2 years ago and it really shows great mix of contemporary and bright colours everything was clean and good branded items used. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a triple room which had ample space. The bathroom was great too with high end faucets. The location is very close to the centre 10 mins walk to congress. Spar just next door for any shopping requirements.”
