“The rooms were clean with basic amenities like electric kettle, refrigerator and ac, hospitable staff members, the pool was clean. The food menu had a lot of variety with good taste. The outdoor area was the highlight of the trip. In the evening they had bonfire with music, one can sit and enjoy the nature. Mr. Kapil was very welcoming and hospitable. Would love to visit the same place again.”

“It was a mesmerizing experience staying in this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. The view was amazing, definitely the best one I have seen till now in mussorie. The service was great and quick. It was value for money and its a great place for families/couples. Bathrooms were clean and consisted of all the necessities. Food service was good and had multiple options which would catch our attention. Personally I enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely prefer this hotel.”

“Summary: Bad deal for the price, which was 11.5k at the time. Good view! 2.5/5 if that was an option. Pros -Rooms are clean, view is good!, especially from the central dining area Cons - Poor service is the main issue - Issues at check in because of late communication between expedia and the hotel. Understandable if only the receptionist had not been instantly rude 'you do not have a booking, our rooms are full', when I had an email of the same. They tried to make up for it somewhat by an early check-in, but still charged for the breakfast meanwhile and behaviour didn't improve much - Will have to call twice/wait half an hour for simple fixes like AC/ kettle. Requiring fixes in the first place is not expected from a place charging this amount. - Average- Breakfast/food - Location- Both a pro and con since quieter but taxis can't reach, shuttle reqd to mall road. They do provide the shuttle, but the last return is 8pm. - A much needed save at the end by Mr. Ali, who bothered to drop via bike to the bus station when their shuttle was extremely late despite informing 1.5hr prior. A simple nice pleasant conversation on the way helped after this experience. They did kind of try to make up, for example, offering coffee when the heating was not working (appreciated); but a simple change in attitude of the staff would go miles!”
