“I've now been to this place twice. It's a very beautiful South Indian themed resort that helps you connect with nature. There are domestic animals that kids can feed and pet, there's an olden style swimming pool and a pump set for water games. They arrange early morning short treks across fields and bullock cart rides as well. The beautiful rangolis outside every room adds to the ethnic charm of the place. The food was very good. The first time we went there was lovely music playing at night with live counters along the street serving food items like panniyaram. Overall a beautiful place worth visiting!”

“Seeing all 5 star reviews we visited last week but disappointed. Pros: Location is very good Surrounding is also nice , as we visited in dry season it’s not much eye soothing. Cons: The Room we stayed had no views, always we had to close our windows. Food quality and taste was below average . Service was too slow , during lunch we asked for few items which we got once we finished our lunch. Small part of approach road is narrow and bumpy. I personally did not like the arrangements.”

“Had the worst experience with this hotel and the staff!! Not even basic things were available in the room. No drinking water, AC didn't work. After complaining multiple times they shifted us to a different room. And then while going out for breakfast to Annapurna, the staff gave us coupons for breakfast since the breakfast was complementary. When we came back, another staff started harassing us to pay for the breakfast saying it wasn't included in the room charges. When we refused and left they kept calling us the next day from 6.30 am till 11 pm till we paid the extra charges. Total miscommunication among the staff and we had to suffer the consequences.”

“The rooms and arrangement seem to be great but the issue is we can't order in for food and the walls are so shallow that you can hear phones buzzing from the rooms next door which seem to hinder my sleep. The sheets were stained despite it being fresh. They've got to work on those dirty laundry to remove stains which kind of puts you down despite that room is pretty clean and equipped with what one might need during the stay. They've got an elevator which is decent and one might not expect in an inn. Overall it was an experience which had goods and bads of its own”

“Great place to stay in Yercaud, place is so vibrant and had option of rooms and Vilas. We stayed for new year eve and extremely satisfied with the new year event organized by hotel for celebration. Additionally it is at walkable distance from most of the attractions which saved lot of time for to visit this place. Few cons, service was slow and we faced problem with extra beding as hotel said due to over occupancy they can't provide blanket.. Back side rooms don't have a good view. You should confirm these points when you book this hotel.”
