“It is our second time here. Rooms are spacious and food is really good. Sometimes European hotel rooms can be tight but not this one. Only 10 minute to Alpendorf ski and the town is quiet and cute. Highly recommend if you want to place to ski and relax!”

“The hotel's location is outstanding and view is outstanding. The building itself is kind of old especially the floor to the rooms on the ground floor. There is currently a construction next to the hotel which makes some noise so there is no need to have a wake up service in order not to be delayed for breakfast. The parking situation is worse. There are more cars than places (kinda like a first there first park play) and either you park your car really close to another (50 cm which is most of the time not the case) or you go and park your car somewhere else. I may prefer the second option because the hotel itself is kid-friendly and they could bump the door to another car if parents wouldn't help get them into the car. The bed sheets are stained and weary which gives the rooms a negative feeling. The same applies for the towels and for the flexible tube in the shower. Black dirt is coming off the tube. The staff gets more than 5* because they make an outstanding job and there is no wish that cannot be solved within minutes. At the playground there is a swing missing due to the broken sling. The kids playroom is also not the best. The toys are really old and broken (why cannot they just be removed?) there is a wooden cupboard, which was used to be fixed to the wall and now it is staying like it is going to fall. That should be fixed immediately! Overall the hotel is a nice average if you compare their prices with half board they are even cheap. If you are not disturbed by the above mentioned points then it is definitely worth to stay here.”

“I looked for a place to celbrate my birthday and luckily I found this GEM this chef's restaurant was a very good choice, the staff was very friendly and helpful, I took a 4 course mill which was a good selection of the chef's quisin and as soon as they heard about my event they sent out 3 more deserts 😘 and a little firework on it Thank you for a lovely evening. Prepare to spend time in the restaurant since everything is prepared on spot.. My review is only for the reataurant. I was not a guest at the hotel.”
