“The rooms are spacious and good. Also the hotel is well maintained. However there are few points which seriously needs improvement: 1. Wi Fi was not working and they did not effort to resolve it. 2. TV was not working as there recharge was not done . For both the above reasons, they simply had one answer that it is not under their control and head office will only do it. 3. Buffet breakfast offered very little variety. One day there was idli with sambhar without any kind of chutney. There has to be chutney and sambhar with south indian dish. 4. Flies in restaurant which was very irritating. 5. Towels were very old and hard which was not usable. If these are looked upon then this hotel becomes great for stay.”
