The hotel itself was incredibly clean including the lobby. Our room was great Comfortable beds and bedding.Very friendly staff and we couldn’t be more happy with our stay. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be staying here. 10/10”

“The second stay we had was not as nice. The room wasn't cleaned good. The stay wasn’t horrible but we couldn’t get the heater to come on at first. Got it on but in the middle of the night it went berserk and sounded like a train in our room. I had to unplug it. Temps were in the single digits outside so that may have played a role. Other than that the bartender and customer service was great.”

“incredible! I love this hotel. As soon as we entered the warrensburg station, we were greeted by the friendly staff. As we fixed some issues on our end, the staff made popcorn in the lobby that we enjoyed along with the lemon water, and chip bags that are always available for free. The room was clean and smelled fresh, there was everything we needed-- even a cute little rubber ducky to welcome us. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were by far my favorite part. they were both clean. The hot tub is big and the pool is perfect for family as it goes from 3ft to 5ft in the middle. The free breakfast was delicious!! the staff during breakfast were very kind and helpful. they refilled all the breakfast as needed, even close to closing time, they made sure everyone had everything they wanted to eat! biscuits and gravy were yummy! This hotel was in a great convenient location and exceeded my expectations!! highly recommend.”

Wife normally doesn’t like rooms that open out but she was very happy with the room. Bed was soft. Bath was nice size. Honestly didn’t stay in the room much but could have. We will be back for sure”

“The hotel was nice and clean. Great and friendly staff that took care of our needs. The room was clean, with all the amenities that I needed like clean towels, and bed sheets, little coffee maker for coffee in the morning which was great. I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel was quiet at night, sleep like a baby, and in the morning the breakfast room had everything I needed to start my day. It was a great location for our needs, with restaurants and gas stations close by. Will stay again in the future. Two thumbs up.”

“We stayed in Theresa’s Garden room in one of the cottages. Room was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately it was below zero on both nights. Had trouble getting gas fireplace going and staff sent someone after hours to help. They offered to move us but we got it working and even though temp was -5 both nights, room was comfortable . Beautiful antique furnishings. Staff was top notch and breakfast was great. Definitely going back…in warmer weather.”

“Was in town for work and had great stay, you could tell it was newer property, very modern. It was very clean, had plenty of towels, even though my room was facing the highway it was still pretty quiet. Staff was nice, breakfast was what you’d expect from a Marriott property. Would highly recommend for a work trip or weekend getaway. Looking forward to visiting again.”

“Decent place, receptionist was nice and rooms were pretty clean, outdated, but clean. That being said.... don't expect to get any sleep if you're in a front room. The voices echo into the room (past midnight, mind you) and good luck falling asleep. And let's not forget to mention the generator thing turning off and on outside the window. Its wonderful after you've driven 12 hours straight and just need to recoupe. Not.”

“2.7 / 5 - Nice refreshed and clean common spaces and rooms, not so great staff. I was surprised a west county/chesterfield hotel didn't have great service. It was just a mess while we were there. We stayed twice in a week for a total of 4 nights and thy just seem out of sorts. No one understood what it meant to have Elite status or to choose a restaurant credit. It was never applied correctly and they never made you feel ok even bringing it up. The lady who checked us in was a mess and seemed like we woke her up. Another front desk guy comes across a little stoned. "The Bistro"...please stop using that term as it makes it sound like something special or where you might get food or drink with some love. The staff are young, not very tidy, and everything was served in take away and disposable. Bonus, for the money it makes it a joke. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable but there were strange things like no cups in the room or a pad & pencil, but most oddly the trash cans weren't lined but had the bags hanging on them (this happened on both occasions staying here). Ultimately it's a relatively cheap hotel but for the category in Chesterfield or the valley I would not stay here again. It didn't surprise me the employee of the month parking spot was empty the entire time we were there.”

“Customer service was good when we checked in and when we needed extra bedding at night. But rooms are dirty had to switch rooms then in the “new” room there was cockroaches! All I was told was the GM would be there Monday to see what he can do? It’s Thursday mind you. I’d avoid going here unless dirty rooms and cockroaches are your thing. And it was when we had lights in and we’re moving around. So must be bad if they’re crawling around during the day! EDIT: for got to mention the hole in the bathtub just covered up with tape We have stayed here a few years ago seemed “clean” and never had issue.”

“Being 3 miles from the senior living center where we visit my uncle, the location couldn't be better. The bonus is that it's also a nice place to stay. The room was we'll-appointed and clean. The only marring note is that the shower curtain, though functional, was ripped and shabby looking. Spend a few bucks and replace it! Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. I love the pancakes vs Belgian waffles. Staff was universally pleasant. We'll be back.”
