“We had the best time at the Inn at Fall River! We were sad to only be able to stay a night. We will definitely be back! Check in was a breeze, host was very communicative and the place was even better in person. Heated floors in the bathroom, a jacuzzi tub and the hot tub right across the deck! “We stayed at T17. There are horses right next door and when the wind shifts you get blasted with their lovely smell. Other than that camp was clean and staff was friendly. After BLM and primitive National Park camping for 2 days it was nice to have warm showers and electricity. The sites are small and cramped, but it's KOA camping. If you want private there's plenty of wide open space in the National Parks and BLM lands where you can also pack out your poop. Sometimes you trade privacy for flushing toilets and warm showers so don't let the negative reviews on it being cramped sway your decisions. If you're looking for a place to clean up, recharge devices and enjoy a warm shower this place is perfect.”

“One of my favorite places to eat and take visitors to locally, the Gold Hill Inn is a wonderful local gem that I always recommend. The ambiance and experience is the best part, but I often come for music on the weekends and great cocktails at the bar made with local and seasonal ingredients. The 3 and 6 course meals are wonderful and their service is excellent. As a vegan, I’m grateful that they always have a vegan option but heads-up, you have to request in advance. Thank you to the wonderful people at Gold Hill for always creating a beautiful experience.”

“The WORST hotel experience our family has ever had. I hope this review saves somebody the expense of staying at this disgusting establishment. For over $300 a night, customers need to demand a higher level of customer service, cleanliness, and hospitality. We chose this hotel because of how well the website advertised the water park. We have two young boys (8 months and 3 years). Our oldest was so excited to go swimming. The swimming pool is an absolute disgrace, and honestly a public health nightmare. It appears that it hasn’t been properly cleaned in decades. The pool tiles were so filthy that people have etched their names in the grime. Even obscene messages including “I want pus*y” can be found around the pool (zoom in on attached photos for better detail). Hair, bugs, mucus, and who knows what else is floating around in the water. The rooms are incredibly subpar, and the breakfast is laughable. Management makes themselves conveniently unavailable to address patrons concerns. How this hotel has earned over 4 stars is inconceivable. Save your health and pocketbook and stay anywhere else.”

If you get a room facing the back of the hotel you have a nice view of the mountain. I also appreciated the flavored water at the entrance and cookies at night! As well as the little pantry to purchase snacks!”

“This review is long overdue! My cousin and I booked a last minute 2 night stay back in April 2023. We were looking for a quiet, cute cottage to end our trip in Colorado and that's what we found. The staff were so friendly, the main welcome area is cute and cozy, the snacks and drinks provided (depending of the time of day) was a welcomed addition. They have games and things as well which we weren't able to enjoy but looked like it would have been fun to hang out in that space and play some games. Our room was cozy and clean, best sleep we had on our trip was in their bed! I see reviews about the breakfasts provided covered in foil, that did not bother us one bit. The day we checkout out I had informed the staff we would be checking out very early to catch our flight and they sweetly packed us breakfasts to take before the normal breakfast time. Thanks again for a great quick trip!”

“The rooms are very large; it felt like a business class room, the one i was in. Very special to me and was the biggest highlight! Couldn't hear anything outside of the room which was great! Also the door was able to prop open so I could roll the cart in and out easier. Breakfast was normal as most hotels, but they had cheese omlettes and potatoes! Service was good. I checked in and out quick.-- but I did book in advance online at the Hilton website The cons: Some hotels use liquid soaps mounted on the walls, but this one still had the classic bar soaps. They also still have the classic tub/shower combo. I personally don't like these and prefer stand up showers. They're much more elegant and look and feel better. I doubt anyone takes a bath in a public tub anyways. Also was expensive. Overall, a solid location to stay for the nice room sizes and i would stay again, though, I wouldn't do it on my own dime because of the price.”

“This hotel was just what we needed after camping. It is centrally located in Grand Junction and has access to gas, food, and shopping. The desk staff were so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was updated and fully stocked. Workout room was clean and had towels, water, etc. There is pay laundry at the hotel. We were so comfortable, we stayed a second night before heading back out to the forest.”

Layla and Chris are hands down the most kind, warm, thoughtful loving people I have ever encountered! My family of 6 had to house in their 2 bed suite for 1 full month. They treated us like family. We lost a million keys, made water splashes in the pool, laughed loud past quiet time! And they loved us just like their own. I cried many nights thinking how lucky we were to be able go house as a temporary Hampton family member. I highly recommend this location for their service, staff and everything else! - Ty.”

“The reviews for this hotel are very deceiving. The evening staff was great, that is about the only good thing I have to say. The hotel itself, trash. I was in a non smoking room yet the entire floor reeked of cigarette smoke. The sofa was absolutely disgusting. The carpet, sticky. It was just myself and my 3 children and I did not feel safe at all. There were homeless folks in and out of the lobby and one on the 4th floor sitting in the elevator hall when we were leaving. I booked the room for 4 days but left after the first night. If it hadn’t been so late when we got there, I would have left as soon as I saw the room. We drove 12 hours (with a 3 year old) and we needed to sleep.. I would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone. I am thankful for the evening staff though. She understood my concerns and there was no push back when I told her I needed to change my stay from 4 nights to 1.”
