“What a great old Inn! The customer service at the Inn was OUTSTANDING! The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. The Inn is an older building but very clean! Decor is very charming. Free cookies and snacks are always available and so is the tea and coffee bar. But the staff is so warm and friendly. constantly there checking on you to make your stay the best from check in to check out. Communication was outstanding! We can not say enough nice thins about this Inn. We hope to be back!”

“I stayed here for 8 days over a two week period. One of the 4 days I was upgraded to a suite for being a Diamond member. The rooms were very clean. Bedding was perfect. There was a loud exhaust fan, but if you shut the bathroom door, it was no factor. Breakfast was your typical Hampton breakfast. There is a heated pool and a jacuzzi which was definitely needed after 12 hour work days. I will stay again. Its book marked as a favorite hotel in Albuquerque.”

“My husband stayed at this hotel for a week since he is working out of town and not once did his room get serviced. He knows not to leave any personal belongings on top of the beds if he wants his bed done. He asked at the front desk if they could clean his room and bathroom and he was told they charged extra!!!!!! NEVER have I heard this nonsense of paying extra. They even had to switch him rooms because the shower head had no pressure. They won’t be seeing him or his working crew back next week.”

“Exceeded my expectations is a cheap hotel. It certainly had its issues: paper thin walls through what you can hear everything your neighbors are doing well into the night, refrigerators that tend to be too cold and freeze the contents, shower curtains that barely contain the water so you have to be careful not to splash it all over the bathroom, and virtually no control over the temperature of the room. However, things were surprisingly clean and functional apart from those very noteworthy issues. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, as was the room in general. More good than bad, in my opinion. But what bumped this up from 3 to 4 stars for me was the service. The receptionist who works in the evenings in particular was very nice and helpful, and made me feel welcome during both of my stays.”

“Everything was great. The only thing i would recommend is the room we stayed in has a beautiful stained glass window above the door which lets in the patio lights at night. I noticed other rooms don't have this window, so if I go back, I will request one of the darker rooms to sleep better. Breakfast and dinner were authentic and delicious. Entertainment on site.”

“This motel is conveniently located within walking distance of Market Square and the train station. The rooms were obviously updated recently and were quite nice. On the downside you have to pay 10 dollars per day for parking and they offer an extremely miserly continental breakfast that is almost laughable. This seems odd for a place where the cheapest room was 200 dollars per night.”

“The hotel is older but completely renovated. It’s so cool because it has that old school Route 66 Americana feel to it but with a fun twist. The service was amazing and you would never get anything remotely close to that at the typical hotel chain companies. If you have kids they’ll love it here. It’s also located along a strip of fun shops and restaurants.”

The hotel is located in a very safe location and within walking distance (or a short drive) from various restaurants. The hotel is well equipped with state-of-the art technology that enhances guest experience. Complimentary breakfast is offered, and some of the best I’ve had in hotels. However, the breakfast area is pretty small, so try to avoid it in peak hours.”
