“We booked a spontaneous night away at this location. The check in process was seamless. The front desk agent (I wish I remembered his name but it started with an M) was so friendly and we had some great conversation. He was able to accommodate all my requests and provided a welcoming feeling instantly. Parking was tight (as expected in any downtown location) with the same entrance for in/out. This caused no issues for us but I could see during the busy season it could get a little more hectic. Rooms were very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The only downfall of this hotel is the rooms are very small (recommend booking a suite if you need more space) and in our room the view was very poor. But overall a great experience, we will return!”
