“Overrated for sure! 3 out of 4 meals not prepared well or properly! Absolutely no flavor! Kitchen seems to be lacking basic spice rack! Have they heard of seasoning? At 30-$40 per entree that we all ordered we were shocked that they did not know how to prepare a medium rare steak or how to cook lobster properly. Looking for a meal worth this cost, we say find somewhere else! The establishment also does not care about this. No manager came to see our table despite the issues and their message response was simply “sorry, hope you give us another try”. Customer satisfaction was obviously not at their top of the list!”

“Excellent service and price point every time I stay there. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are outstanding. The indoor heated pool is amazing and the free breakfast is very generous with lots of options. I could go on and on and I will definitely be back.”
