“Walk in lunch on a Saturday for 3 adults, 1 toddler and 2 little dogs. Received a warm welcome and despite no booking they were able to seat us with no problems. Service from 2 lovely young ladies was friendly and prompt and all 3 meals were excellent. Will definitely return next time we are in Holt.”

“Just called in on the off chance for a quick lunch. Fantastic beer garden with an outdoor bar and very nice outdoor seating. We have a small dog and this was a great place to relax. The menu was varied and had a few reasonably priced lunch options, coupled with some nice local draught beers. Well worth a visit. Can't comment on the rooms but would imagine they were at a high standard as the property was well maintained.”

“Traditional pub, spotlessly clean, welcoming staff, and fantastic food. We booked for a Sunday roast and was not disappointed. As I mentioned, it delivered on every front, and after 7 hours of just chatting and making friends with the pub moggy, we felt so much at home. It's a real gem, and we'll be back for sure.
