“We traveled from San Francisco in hotels of the same category, and so far, this is the best one we’ve stayed in. The lady who checked us in, her name was Paula, was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had a pleasant scent, and there was always a coffee and tea corner that you could use all day. The included breakfast was excellent and quite varied, with a waffle maker. In the evening, near the entrance, there were fresh cookies to enjoy. The hot tub and pool were open until 10 PM. Additionally, there was free EV charging available.”

“I have stayed at this property before and never had any complaints until today when I had to cancel a reservation last minute due to illness. I am aware the reservation was non-refundable but from past experience with other properties I know that courtesy refunds can be granted at the discretion of the property manager. The GM Jeff is not a compassionate person and even though the hotel was booked to max. capacity he refused to make an exception. I am pretty sure they were able to rebook the room in no time. Corporate greed is all that matters nowadays!”

“wonderful place to stay. stayed for couple of days. everything is good. clean rooms, nice location walkable to the old town, decent breakfast and excellent staff above everything else. they can improve on few minor things such as the guest laundry dryers are smaller, the breakfast time on special days like new years eve etc can be increased by 30 mins or so. The lack of elevator also means that if you have a lot of luggage you will have to lift them by hand.”

“The Inn at Eagle Mountain location was beautiful. The views were outstanding and the room was everything that we had expected. the fireplace was a very cozy ambience. The only catch was there was not availability of a restaurant on-site. That said, the neighboring golf club restaurant was open and we dined there for breakfast and lunch. Wonderful views of the Mountains and course from our table.”

“I know this isn't the Four Seasons. I have realistic expectations when checking-in at hotels like this one. So keep that in mind. The staff was friendly and courteous from the start. The hotel is dated for sure. That's probably the biggest reason my room didn't smell the best. It wasn't awful or disgusting. It was just unpleasant, I suppose. The water in the shower was tepid at best and it only lasted 5 minutes. That's ok for me. But it might bother other people. The continental breakfast was borderline satisfactory. I've stayed at similar hotels that offered more options and better quality. My stay was satisfactory and it met the expectations of my stay which were just a place to crash for the night.”

“Since I am laying in my room awake in the wee hours for the second night in a row I might as well right a review. This is my first stay at this property or any Sonesta. The room is comfortable and roomy. The location has a lot if restaurants and shops nearby. I agree with someone else who posted earlier that the toiletries are lacking compared to similarly priced hotels like the Marriotts I stay at. I'm in the desert and there isn't your standard lotion that's in every hotel I usually stay in. The bar of soap is oddly rough. I booked this hotel because it appeared to have a lobby bar from photos. I'm staying alone for the week and it's sometimes nice to relax with a cocktail before heading back to my room for the night. The bar is just a place to get coffee or some breakfast items it appears but oddly the display in the lobby shows a cocktail like that's an option. My biggest issue is that for the second night in a row there is a group partying in the courtyard below me. Last night it lasted past 2 am. We are coming up on 1 am now. I have called down to the desk both nights and it's taken close to 30 minutes for them to get anything done. This place needs to have quiet hours for their courtyard since they can't insure that they will have adult guests with common decency. At close to $300/night, I'd expect more for my money.”

“Great location. That’s about it. This hotel needs some serious TLC. Maintenance is horrible. See photos but I also put blame to house keeping not reporting basic maintenance attention needs. This is not a difficult thing to do that makes a tremendous difference in appearance. Window were filthy, light sconces falling out out. Lint packed bathroom vent that are falling off. Caulking around tubs is worse that a 10 year olds jobs. Again. They had a scheduled security update at each door, which required new keys to be keyed. We were even at the front desk buying merchandise from the market, and they never told us about this, as we walked all the way back to our room only to find out we had to come back to the front desk and get re-keyed. This was planned and could’ve been avoided. Shift change, notifications and awareness is an easy thing to do. Simple things that could be watched that are clearly not.”

“Great stay! My son had a baseball tournament and the hotel managed us extremely well. The rooms were clean. Pool was great. Fitness center was clean and quiet. My bed was comfortable. The housekeeping was on it every day cleaning rooms and super friendly with timely follow up. This location is very convenient for restaurants and access to the area. Hampton Inn exceeded my expectations!”

The staff are amazing as well. The hotel has a nice gym, pool, and restaurant on site. You cannot beat this place for value and comfort.”
