“I stayed at this hotel for one night because it was the only one available at a reasonable price when booking 24 hours in advance. I didn't give it one star because the staff were friendly, the room was clean and the hotel is well located. But I really didn't appreciate being woken up early in the morning when the hotel staff decided to kick travelers out of the room next to mine. Probably my worst hotel experience.”

“Google maps is not user friendly when trying to get to this hotel with public transportation. You should download the transit app. There is a train that goes from a station near Milano central (1 stop away), chabge the train and you will be able to get to the hotel much more easily. The same train also stops at a few metro stations (unlike written in google maps). The walk from the train station is Ok besides the bridge, we have seen someone inside during the day and got a little scared to walk there at night but we basically had to. By the way, the Jaccuzzi didnt work. Unsure if it was supposed to.”
