“Authentic, charming, and great location! In a world of hotel chains commodities, this place stands out and creates a unique experience. Great lobby area, friendly service and really cool rooms and suites. Old west feeling but very comfortable. The rooms were really clean and they did a great job freshening them up each day. We also had a really good meal at the H3 steakhouse right next door. Such a great location as they are so many places to see and visit within a 5 minute walk. The only downside was the hotel does not have a gym. But plenty of places to run and walk around nearby. Wonderful place and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We will be back!”

“If you are thinking about staying here, think twice!!! Thought we were staying in a nice, safe place. WRONG! Someone tried to steal our Corvette-parked under the lights. Broke out the window, damaged the trim. $2000+. Police told us it was not a good area, and that they have had a lot of trouble with vandalism and theft. We wont be staying here anymore. Irony is, they have an underground parking area-The staff new I had parked outside when I checked in - never told me about it. Security guard and police were helpful - too little too late. Asked the staff if they would be gracious enough to comp the room for the trouble. They gave me the old "Legally.....No". We came with 2 others who had their own rooms- not like the hotel was going to lose a lot of $$$.”

The room and hotel were clean upon our arrival. The breakfast is good. It is an easy commute to AT&T stadium and Globe Life Field. I loved the convenience of the digital check-in and key. “This has been the worst hotel stay in my life. I am usually happy with Hampton Inn’s however this one did me dirty. I had to switch room three times in this hotel. The first room I entered was dirty and not at all cleaned. They apologized and gave me a new room. The second room had a grasshoppers infestation. When I confronted the front desk about the issue they told me that it was normal and that I had don’t to worry about. They refused to do anything about it. I had to call corporate to force them to switch me to another room. Unfortunately the third room also had an infestation problem. At this point I had to play the role of an exterminator to the point where I was able to sleep comfortably. This was a horrific experience. I will not be coming back here again. Please avoid this place at all cost. It’s not worth the struggle. I had to beg them for a discount that the corporate office gave me. Not cool.”

Room was very noisy from the traffic, dirty dishes left in dishwasher, shower door wouldn’t stay closed, shower bath gel missing liquid and the breakfast staff member was on their phone and scolding at some kids trying to get their breakfast. Front desk staff needs to be more polite. Wouldn’t come back or recommend.”
