“10/10 on the entire experience. Location is just far enough from that city to be a nice getaway. The staff aims to please and is incredibly responsive in person and over email. The rooms are beautiful and cozy with a mini living room - the bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend the massages (Winter and Veronica) + ice bath and sauna. Butterfield restaurant was excellent. We will be back!”

“I am giving the rooms and service five stars because they were just fine for our needs (clean, spacious, simply but nicely appointed). This is not a luxury destination. I believe the hotel comprises 4 buildings. Our building sat atop the Kinsley Restaurant, situated at a relatively "busier" intersection. So, a couple times over the course of three days, we heard a loud passerby. Not a big deal as it takes them a couple seconds to pass.”
