“I returned here because of good previous experiences. This time was not good. It began with a room that had no desk lamp. Instead of just finding me a lamp, she gave me a different room. It was 30-40 minutes before I could even unload into my room after a 650-mile drive. This hotel wasn't even on the way for me but I wanted to stay somewhere safe and nice, because that's how i remembered it. The next room I got was filthy. The carpet wasn't vacuumed. The floor wasn't washed. There was even blood on the carpet. The vent screens in the A/C unit were black and hadn't been washed in a long time. The bed wasn't comfortable. The breakfast wasn't as good as other La Quinta locations. For $140, I expect better than a Motel 6 quality. The manager should've either comped the room or given me a 50% discount. By the way, I'm a Diamond member and had to remind her to give me the free bottle of water (woohoo - a $0.50 bottle on a $140 room).”

I mean, who doesn’t love sharing a parking lot with In & Out?! 🤤 Check in was easy, and I love that you can have a digital key 🔑 through the app to access your room. Room was clean, newly renovated, and comfortable beds 🛏️. Having a microwave, mini fridge, and a hot water 💧 dispenser (for tea 🍵 or hot chocolate ☕️) in the room was ideal and used it daily. We did visit during their renovations so it wasn’t the best optimal time to stay at this location.”

“The room was very reasonably priced. The room was clean. I use the black light like I always do to check for bugs, fluids, etc. the hotel is on the main street. It’s a beautiful area. Plenty of places to eat bike rentals trails and parks nearby. The staff were very nice and very helpful they answered all my questions and help me get into a room after hours.”

“I gotta say I was extremely disappointed. I checked in to my room late after a long day at the airport and to my surprise the bathroom was not cleaned. There was a brown stain on the toilet lid and hair under the lid and on top of the toilet. I also later found a rag that had short black hairs on it hanging off the curtain rod when I went to shower. I think they completely missed cleaning my room. I also was annoyed because I booked a one king size bedroom and when I got there the man upfront said there was a mix up so I was gonna have to stay in a two queen bedroom. It’s not cool when you pay and can’t even relax because your room is filthy. I went to make coffee in the morning and the inside of the coffee pot was gross and clearly wasn’t cleaned for a while. I will say the man at the front desk did come and clean up for me but didn’t really do anything besides apologize and blame it on the new maid. It was weird to have someone in your room cleaning in the middle of the night. I would have to say the only thing good was the location.”
