“I only stay at Courtyards when I travel for work. I do that because I prefer consistency when I'm away from home. This one was not quite as well kept as the average courtyard, and it was a bit tired. The staff however was superior! They were so kind and friendly, and every time you'd walk past they would give a happy cheerful greeting. I loved it! They are all full of smiles. This is a great Courtyard to stay at, hopefully they've got it in their budget to do some upgrades and some repairs to an otherwise great place.”

“I have stayed hear multiple times for business when in the area. I like the location as it is easy to get on and off the freeway. There is a little noise early morning if backing up to the Costco side of the building (back) with trucks, beeping etc. but nothing earplugs cant combat. The front desk employees are very nice and pleasant. Parking is ample an free. Area is safe.”

“While I was eating at Otto’s in the Kissel hotel, my car got vandalized and my sister-in-law’s luggage was stolen from the trunk. I was parked in front of the hotel, which I believed was a safe place. To add insult to injury I was told by the front desk that this had happened 3 times in the past week. Needless to say that they did nothing and there were no signs not to park there. Also, not sure what’s the use of having a “security” guard there… About the luggage: my sister-in-law was in town for a wedding that was taking place the next morning and all her stuff was gone. We scrambled to get her a coat, shoes, makeup and the list goes on… I am not proud of this city.”
