“My hubby and I spent one night here. The time we went, we only saw maybe 4-6 ppl at a time around the property. We didn't have to meet anyone to check-in, everything was provided in a text message. We brought our own food & drinks. You can prepare your food at the common kitchen area or you can prep in your private room which was great. Some guests wore bathing suits, some were nude. We felt very comfortable sunbathing nude. The upbeat music was great which allowed for a laid back and more social atmosphere compared to other hot springs resort where noise level is kept at a low minimal. The one floor room units were awesome, we didn't feel like we had to be quiet and we didn't hear anyone else next to us either. The bed was comfortable too. Our unit had our own private hot tub which was great to use if you wanted your own private time. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and hope to be back!”

“Avoid until they fix the smell. The whole building stinks of mildew and moisture. I switched rooms, still stank as did the hallways. The staff is 5/5 very helpful and it's obviously not their fault, corporate needs to rectify the smell immediately before allowing people to book nights. I lasted 2 nights out of a booked 7.”

“Hamton inn and Suites Riverside represents the Hilton brand on the high end of the scale. Very clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and fresh and the fitness center is one of the best. Moreover, the customer service was fantastic. It's the little things sometimes when on the road and the Manager Michelle went out of her way when one of our party was bummed (jokingly) because of no Swedish fish candies. The next morning however we were each presented with two large boxes of Swedish fish that she personally went out and bought for us. How very kind!! Thank you. I will stay there whenever I am in the area and highly recommend Hampton inn & Suites Riverside.”

“This hotel is so beautiful, quiet, and romantic. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious and the bathrooms are so luxurious. I absolutely loved the tub with hand held shower attachment, what a smart design! Rob and Brandon at Didis were very kind to us during our stay and professional. The bar tenders on Friday night, Derek and Matthew are always friendly and pour great drinks! I love the top-shelf margarita. The food is always fresh and I highly recommend the steak and asparagus or the Avocado BLT. The pool is very nice and we really enjoyed the hot tub at the water park in addition they have a waterpark bar that was super convenient and the bar tender was also very nice to us. I love this hotel and every single customer service representative we came across was friendly, respectful and ensured we had a great time. A+++”

“We spent two nights here during our trip to Temecula. Everything was amazing! Lacey was an A+ host. Breakfast was delicious (and huge), and was served every morning at 9 AM. We booked the suite facing the vineyard and would highly recommend - a highlight of our weeklong trip was our two mornings drinking coffee on our patio overlooking the vineyard next door. Location wise, you are right in the heart of the vineyards - some close enough to walk to. Downtown is about 20 minutes away, so not a bad drive either, and there are lots of dining/shopping available. Nights were super quiet, barely any noise, and never really even noticed other guests as everyone was respectful and considerate. I would 100% go back and would highly recommend anyone traveling to the Temecula area book with them!”

“We have just enjoyed two nights in the 'Cabernet Suite' at The Inn. The room was beautifully appointed and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast in the Bolero restaurant was delicious. But dinner shared with friends on Sunday night was simply superb. We enjoyed exquisite food including shrimp pork belly, fish, steak, and desserts The BEST margarita ever!”

“I found my new spot for when I visit Idyllwild in the future! I stayed in the Redwood room. The inn is across the street from a lovely community garden. It is super close to town - only a 2-5 minute walk to everything. The bed was super comfortable. Great TV and a nice collection of books in the room. There are also rustic outdoor seating areas. At night I heard an occasional car drive by on the mountain road - so nice and peaceful.”

“I normally don't write reviews but this was the absolute best customer service we have received in a long time that I felt it needed special recognition. We had an medical ER that required us to stay last minute at a nearby hotel. It was a very emotional time, Sonia the night auditor checked us in & absolutely gave us outstanding service, we were tired after being at a hospital all day/evening long. She was so empathetic, helped us extend our stay day by day, gave us water & snacks when she could tell we were just drained, tired, and hungry as most places were closed by the time we can back from hospital. It was just the little touches that she gave us when we needed it most. All the hotel staff were outstanding, but we interacted with Sonia the most since we were coming back to the hotel later in the evening. The hotel was able to keep us in our original room for most of our stay, except the last day, however they made that process painless as they allowed us to stay in our original room until the new room was ready. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms were great, equipped with little fridge, microwave. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor fire table were great for chilly evenings & destress. The laundry facilities were clean, easy to use & especially useful for us since we just threw stuff in a bag and left in a hurry. We were able to take our service dog with us, hotel is very dog friendly. They also have a little nice gym. Hotel is located by good restaurants, Starbucks, etc in walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel & wanted to give the staff there special recognition especially night auditor Sonia. Really outstanding customer service.cantbsay enough good things. This was a great stay, with caring compassionate staff, that little bit helped ease some of the stress were under, & was just what we needed at the time.
