“I’ve been wanting to attend the “carving pumpkins with baby goats” events for at least 3 years now. I finally made it this year, and I took my niece with me. We had a great time! The staff was friendly and responsive. We went on a day it was muddy and rainy for most of the day, but the farm was still very well kept and clean. The animals were adorable, and the best experience for us was feeding all of the animals (pigs, bunnies, chicken, horses, etc) and being able to interact with them. 10/10 would recommend events here. I’ll for sure be back.”

“We were very impressed with our designer, Angela. From the first meeting with her, she made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Angela presented multiple options for replacing our kitchen cabinets. Her knowledge of all the items was impressive. She took photos of our kitchen, then placed them in an application that displayed what our new kitchen would look like. She continued to let us know that we could make as many changes as possible, which we did make a few. Durian Builders were very good with their workmanship. Tradesline Finishing, Black Stone, Accurate Electrical & Tier One contractors all were very respectful of our home, and exceeded our expectations. They all cleaned up after every day as well. Maurey and Cole kept our project moving as best they could. Cole prepared the work area so very little dust would penetrate into our living areas. Maurey handled any and all questions and problems that arose. While Maurey had many other projects to handle, but he worked to satisfy our questions in a timely manner. We realized there would be some obstacles and these were handled with professionalism. Again, it all started with your friendly staff and Angela listening and understanding our thoughts. We could not be happier with our new kitchen. Thanks!”

“I ordered a 40' by 52' Q model and it was shipped on the date promised. The delivery driver was very accommodating, helping me unstack part of the arches due to the pallet being too heavy, thank you! I referenced every YouTube video on the assembly and got some good pointers. First off, very impressed by the quality, fit and consistency of the panels, definitely a well designed system. I got a scissor lift as this seemed the best way to get this job done. Like everyone says, the first 3 arches are challenging, especially when you're doing it alone. After the first 3 arches were standing I did the rest of the assembly one panel at a time. I've heard from other comments that the instructions are vague but I rarely look to instructions anyway, just did a visual inventory of what I had in front of me and figured it out. About 1/3rd of the way through, I realized I only received about 1/2 of the bolts I needed so I called the salesman who I originally bought the building from, and he said no problem, I had 2 extra buckets of bolts ups shipped in 6 days. There is the upsell phonecall after the sale of the building, giving you options of industrial base plates, insulation, end walls and other accessories but I had my own plans for everything, I just wanted the building shell and went with the key way slab as per the design provided. 3 weeks of work and I couldn't be happier with my building! By the way, this is going to be a Barndominium, 1/3 home (2 story, 2 bed 2 bath 1230sqft) and the rest garage/shop. I highly recommend the SteelMaster arch system based on my experience. Julius”

“We drove a fair distance to visit this At Home store, after visiting another At Home in the north east. We liked that store enough to search this location out. So we drove over 100 miles round trip just to visit this store. It was pretty much as expected. It was laid out basically the same as the first store we visited. But this location seemed nowhere near as organized. It was not by any means in disarray. But it wasn't all that well organized either. Anyway, for example, it felt like we had to dig through the piles in the picture section just to see what they were. Again, not every picture selection. But a lot of them seemed like, all different pictures in a stand up pile. It was like that in many store sections. But also is pretty minor. So most folks probably wouldn't even notice it, or think nothing of it. We might not have either if not for the nicer At Home that we visited first. So I am not holding it against them. The store seemed adequately clean. (other than some messy organization issues). They had buckets strategically placed (even having the floor marked with tape for at least one's placement) . So I wonder if they may have a roof that leaks, or a pipe, or something else, that they need catch cans for water. To be fair to At Home, we did just have a large amount of rain associated with a major storm. But I still find this store to be something that I can endure, since I am not a shopper. But I can accompany the wife here and not be overly board, because I can find things that at least get my attention. We did of course have a bunch of things that "just had to come home with us". And here's the real downside of this At Home. There was one register open, with a fairly long line (when we checked out). Maybe it was a bad day, but "THE" cashier, had pretty much zero personality. She just gave us unfriendly looks and said nothing. Well that was until she did utter words to offer us a credit card. Again maybe it was just a bad day. Maybe we somehow annoyed her. Maybe she didn't like our faces. I don't know. I might guess that maybe she's tired of being "THE" cashier, with a long line. Either way, it didn't leave a great impression of unnecessary waiting, only to get a (perceived) unfriendly attitude. Without a doubt, the first At Home in the north east seemed more inviting and organized. But this At Home would probably seemed much nicer, had we not experienced the other location first. But it wasn't drastically bad either. Will it be enticing enough for us to drive over 100 miles to shop here again? Maybe, maybe not. We'll see. But I can see us visiting again, probably more down the road.”

“My wife and I work for a FAANG company and had just relocated to the area due to work. We were interested in spending a pretty decent amount of money to replace most of the furniture in our home. Donald came to offer his assistance and was an excellent help. He allowed us to freely continue browsing, until we were ready for him. While browsing, the floor manager (I think) walked up to us, asking what we were doing and what we were looking for. After talking for a moment, my wife asked if there was free delivery, in which the lady lied and responded that no furniture stores do free delivery, and if tgey due then theres probably a catch. I have my own truck and trailer, so I told my wife we could just pick it up with that. The lady then starts to get snotty and condescending, "if you bring your own, we will not help you, bring your own helpers. Also, if anything enters your trailer, I will not take it back if you find any damages." We instantly left the store due to her attitude. There was nothing wrong with what she was trying to say, but the way she delivered it was extremely rude. I do not recommend this place.”
