“Went as a visitor with a member, was charged 16€ for one session on old Life Fitness machines I'd trained on 10years ago. Lots of space yet machines on top of one another. All in all an unpleasant experience and why anybody would pay 60€ per month to be a member is beyond me. Even the coffee machine was broken!”

“I have been a victim of discrimination in this clinic I made an appointment to treat my angina, but I was denied access to the doctor on the grounds that I did not speak Spanish. I offered to communicate in writing I prepared a text in Spanish explaining what symptoms I have, but the person at the reception categorically refused to allow me to see the doctor. I consider this situation to be discrimination based on language. Individuals in need of medical care should not be discriminated against based on their native language or their level of proficiency in a foreign language.”
