I’ve been seeing one of the nurses Jessica for over a year. Specifically for their ground breaking Laser Treatment for wart removal, and it’s been an excellent experience. With her care and attentiveness, it’s obvious she is passionate about the treatment she is able to give to her clients. Having lost hope in finding treatment for the past 8 years for my unique condition, I cannot recommend ICLS enough for providing me relief & confidence!”

“I used to attend this clinic until my doctor moved to a different clinic which I also switched to. However, my doctor has gone on a lengthy sabbatical and the clinic he went to has closed and I have been unable to find a new doctor. I received a message from Callingwood Crossing a few weeks ago that they recently received some bloodwork I had done from the lab which they wanted to review with me and also mentioned in the message that I may be able to get a family doctor there. I returned their call 4 times over the last 2 weeks and was only able to leave voicemail messages each time asking them to return my call. So far I haven’t received a call back even though their voice mail recording says they will return my call within 24 hours. I get they are busy but I am not impressed.”

“I brought my dog here for a routine teeth cleaning. They removed three teeth without even trying to contact me. When I called to check if I could pick him up, they still didn’t say anything about what happened or give any explanation. It wasn’t until I picked him up that they told me they would be charging me hundreds of dollars for the teeth extractions and medication he would now need for recovery. The bad review is for their complete lack of communication. I saw the teeth they removed and I disagree with the need to remove all of them, but I’m not a vet, so whatever. I feel like they took advantage of us to make extra buck. Even if that wasn’t the intention, the way it was handled feels that way. I’m never going back there again.”

“Créa-med is a good private clinic but after my experience with Dr. Philipe Rohe, I definitely had to write for others to see. I thought it was an isolated case but if you look also at rateMD, it is also the latter. Dr.Rohe comes off as a very condescending tone, makes you feel stupid and literally lacks any signs of empathy/ active listening. By asking simple questions, he gives off the tone as if I was dumb, and literally judged me by saying but why would you do that... It's baffling to me that someone has the audacity to make you feel you're wasting your time when you're paying... for a private clinic. Unless it was a medical urgency, I'd avoid him just for the fact he lacks the basic human compassion (FOR A SERVICE THAT YOU PAY). Honestly, I was shook and took me to some time to process what I experienced. At first, I wanted a refund following what I just experienced but I'm over it. I'm writing this as a cautionary tale because based on his reviews,I am not the only one,. This is my experience and opinion, I'd caution to do your own research for the doctors that you pay.”

“I have been a regular customer with IQ Food since its first opening at First Canadian Place and a recent move to live in downtown makes me return at least 3 to 4 times weekly. The Wellington location is the best, the food here is all about the organic ingredients, no additives and the sauce is on the side. The acavado toast and the Lima are my regular orders. It is all about nutrition yet the food emits natural flavours that stimulate your appetite. There are a lot of similar places open after their success but they are of no comparison. Prices are expensive for takeout food BUT it is the freshness and ingredients source that one is paying for. Thank you again for bringing this to Toronto for closer than 12 years.”

“My experience with Dr. Upadhyaya was awesome. She listened to my concerns and took her time with me! I have been dismissed many times in the past when it comes to medical help, and I did not feel this way at all during my appointment - which is a breath of fresh air! The front desk staff were very nice, and the X-Ray technician was kind! Thank you!”

“My family doctor, Dr Parhar, was excellent, however he has so many patients that it’s consistently a 4-6 week wait to see him. His reception would not prioritize seeing me despite pregnancy (I was told it’s a 6 week wait in my first trimester). I was sent to another doctor due to his busyness, and after being given outdated advice on prenatal nutrition, she refused to give me a requisition until I had an old school blood test proving pregnancy. At the same time, my current doctor held a meet and greet for a family member- despite being unable to even see pregnant patients. At that point, I grew so frustrated that I found a new family doctor. It’s been years of reception mishaps and irritations- the staff is stressed and not organized. The saving grace was my fantastic GP but if he cannot see me, there’s no point to continuing at Carefiniti. I have a found somewhere else now with a doctor that can consistently see me and did not demand a blood test prior to handing over a much needed and belated requisition.”
