“My husband's experience in the past has been good until his provider was changed to Regitha Sebastian. From the start as we were being help her attitude was very unprofessional. We went in for a disability parking permit due to him being a disabled veteran. She inspected his record to verify his disabilities, during the process she continued to refer to his age and his looks stating " you are too young to be disabled." while rolling her eyes. My husband is one year from intensive back surgery and for he to make those types of remarks and state that he did not look disabled to her is very unprofessional and makes me question her practice and her customer service. It is very unfortunate to see someone with such a high education lack common courtesies. We will be changing providers as soon as possible.”

“For some reason I have fallen into the disappointed and frustrated level at this facility. I find the greeting staff to be indifferent and uncaring. The "nursing staff" are always fabulous. And I hear Dr. Deepti is amazing. I was given off to the other doctor and then handed down to yet another doctor. Both seem fine and competent but somehow my needs were not understood and I felt dismissed. Today is was strike three for me. Today I had a 9:15 am appointment, showed up early and was taken back swiftly...only to wait with zero communication for over 30 min. Because I had to be back to work before 10 am I brought that to the staff's attention and was told I was going to be next. No further communication. Just me sitting in a room that kept going dark because I was not moving. At 10:00 AM after moving a training I was facilitating to start 15 min later, I had to walk out and request a refund for the day. Fortunately the indifferent front desk remained indifferent and dutifully refunded my money and that was it. I walked out. Because for me this is a 3rd strike I don't intend to return. It is unfortunate that great doctors are getting a poor appearance because of poor communication and attention to the individual. I hope this feedback is taken to heart and steps taken to improve this for your future and current patients, but my needs seems to be "not at the level" to be worthy of attention and care. I'm sure my presence will not be missed by them. 🤷‍♂️”

“Fantastic experience! The nurse was helpful, kind and patient with all my questions, and it didn’t hurt a bit. The facility is clean, private and the chairs are so comfy and luxurious. The whole experience was very relaxing. The menu for IV’s is a bit limited, a little more variety in the IV’s would be nice. Also the menu is more descriptive rather than a list of ingredients, hence all the questions. Nevertheless, 5 stars ✨”

“I am new to the area and was nervous about finding a new vet, and AAH exceeded my expectations in every way! I first brought my husky in with an upset tummy and they were so great and helped put me at ease (without costing me a fortune). The staff here was very kind and also very helpful with fitting me in for a last minute appointment. They were very upfront with their pricing and are probably the least expensive vet I have ever been to. They did not push any unnecessary tests on me and while they validated my concerns, they also took a more reserved approach to upfront treatment, rather than suggested a ton of expensive tests just because. My next visit here I brought my 9yo small dog who is suffers from really bad anxiety and has a history of anxiety-induced seizures. It makes it VERY difficult to manage her health when sometimes simply going to the vet can spark a seizure so I am extremely apprehensive about when and where to bring her. When I called and told them about her they again fit me in very last minute and were understanding when I explained her eccentricities. When I got there, despite being out directly into a room she immediately was NOT okay, and I was worried she would have a seizure. The staff was 100% ON IT and suggested I take her outside in their backyard and wait there instead in case that helped calm her. It did and then to my complete shock, they came out and suggested they just do the entire visit outside instead since she seemed more relaxed there. I was so impressed with the way they not only listened to me; but also trusted and valued my input with how to care for my dog. It’s very rare to find a vet so willing to listen and cater their care specifically to your pets needs without any semblance of judgement or rolling of eyes. I am fully aware that my dog can be ALOT and without knowing her full medical background I can seem like ALOT and very overbearing so I am used to being pushy and having to fight to advocate for my pet. That need was non existent here, and I wish more vets + their staff were as compassionate as everyone I met here at Avondale Animal Hospital. I would (and have) recommended this vet to anyone! I could go on and on and on (and also have to anyone who’d listen) about how impressed I was with how they managed my small dog and I during that visit. This vet truly seems like a hidden gem and I am so so lucky to have found them. I can sleep easier knowing I have them close by. To the staff at AAH: THANKYOU a million times over! You’re kindness and compassion are unmatched!”

“Update: Zuly Was amazing and made the time worth while. My experience change from all around and the Dr. Carlo was great attentive and listened to my needs. Unlike my first Doctor here. The place was super clean! Front desk and all staff super nice! Why one star: 1. It is my first visit and requested a specific Dr. Which is the one I choose and to my surprise it was someone else. 2. I was barely able to explain my issues. I could barely talk. I was interrupted many times. The time.spend with the P.A. was fast and did not felt cared for. 3. O told about and issue I have with stomach issues for over a week, and he said take over the counter stuff. Take Imodium! I try to say I have taken over the counter stuff and my regular meds and nothing has happened. Did not ask for any other symptoms or anything. 4. I felt he did not care about my current health problems and did not needed any explanations of them as he continue to show carelessness. Besides that bad experience that made me feel like a money making cow and not like human being that is cared for, all other staff was lovely, front desk, lab tech, medical assistant, all were lovely I would have done a 5 star Review. It is sad that because one person all the establishment get one star.”
