The space itself is gorgeous and welcoming. I love all of the natural accents and calming vibe. I especially loved the back patio waiting area. It was super peaceful as I waited for my therapist. My husband had a latte from the bar and said it was delicious so next time I come in I’ll have to get one. “Worst experience ever! Dr. Rittenhouse refused to see me due to me being 17 weeks along during my pregnancy. His assistant is even worse. It took almost 3 days after I had already made an appt to not get a definite answer or a call back which does not help in my case until I pursued calling. His assistant made up excuses that my phone number on file was wrong, even though I had updated all my information. I had insurance complications which is why it’s taken so long to be seen and now that the issue is resolved and they are choosing not to help me in this situation. I would not recommend his services or this office to anyone who may be going through the same. Very insensitive and just rude considering this is their field of work.”
