“The doctors are fantastic. But the front desk staff, IT, facilities, are not. The level of apathy is astounding, and their systemic incompetence is remarkable. It takes effort to be this bad at one’s job. I dream of ta day when we all can be paid to for being obtuse, unlikable, and still paid. Sadly, this echos beyond the front desk, IT, etc. and reflects on the providers.”

“Dr. Gardner performed a thyroid removal in April. He did an excellent job. I usually don't heal well and end up with scars. You have to really look for it. His staff and follow-up checking in on me are great! Thank you! I highly recommend!”

“Would NOT recommend. Active strep in my house. But I tested NEG on my rapid strep even though my throat looked infected, and i was having 103 fevers was told i had to wait for the back up throat culture (which would take 2-3 days). Most clinics perform this same day so I found that RIDICULOUS. Here I am still waiting for results, 4 days later and i am still symptomatic. Why wouldnt he just treat me, since there is ACTIVE strep in my household. Suffering for 4 days is miserable. Will never go back. **beware**”

“Regardless of location, each U of U Health Clinic is a top-notch facility. The buildings are modern, bright, and inviting. The people who work at these facilities are generally very nice and helpful. My visits to the Sugarhouse branch have been very good. I'm not a fan of the faked piano music - I would rather see a real, live person playing than the digital, sterile background music electronically generated (I understand the reasoning behind that choice). Of course, that in no way diminishes the quality of care given at the location. Also, there isn't a lot of parking available. On a busy day, it can be difficult to find an open space. There is valet parking, though.”

“I have been going to Circle of Life Women's Center for 8 years now and have nothing but great experiences there. Shannon Brennan is the provider I request every time because she is patient, kind, listens to my concerns and gives me the time I need to address whatever concerns I may have. I tend to like to take the natural approach in my healing and she is always willing to suggest ideas in this area but also will suggest a medicinal approach if necessary. I have tried a couple other doctors at this facility, and they were good, however Shannon Brennan is by far the best I have. I recommend this facility for any who may need any of the services they provide. You will get "Top Notch" care!”
