“AVOID AT ALL COST am writing to share my disappointing experience with Dr Uzman and their staff. My recent visit to the clinic left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to express my concerns. Firstly, the staff's demeanor was unprofessional and lacked the empathy one expects in a healthcare setting. The receptionists seemed disinterested and were unhelpful when I sought information about my appointment. Moreover, my encounter with Dr Uzman was unsatisfactory. The doctor appeared rushed and disengaged, providing minimal explanations about my condition and treatment options. I felt my concerns were dismissed without adequate attention. The overall atmosphere in the clinic did not foster a sense of comfort or trust, and the lack of transparency regarding my health plan left me feeling frustrated and uninformed. Additionally, I noticed that I was charged for the $65 appointment despite its cancellation due to the mentioned family emergency. AVOID AT ALL COST”
