“I don’t need much from a doctor, I barely ever want to be seen by one but when I do and I have an appointment I expect to be seen at least the latest 20 minutes after my appointment time. So if my appointment was at 4. 4:20 be the latest. Instead of moving me around from waiting room to waiting room for an hour after my appointment to only be in care for 10-15 mins and let’s take 5 of that because the doctor is making their notes on the spot. It’s great that they have expanded their services. But it’s starting to feel like I’m in a clinic for a particular free insurance. It’s quite aggravating to have to wait an hour to be seen when you are not a walk-in, when you have set up your appointment months in advance. They need to do better”

“I have covid. Called to make an appointment. I spoke with Anna and she is the BEST!!!!! I felt like garbage and my girl Anna made me feel 1000x better with the process to make the appointment. That girl deserves employee of the month every month. I really hope this Google review helps even if it’s to just let her know there aren’t many people who handle customer services like Anna. I was just telling my husband about her and before saying her name he yelled out Anna and said yep she is the best! 😁☺️😁☺️”

“We have been going to this place for a long time for my husband’s sleep apnea an I had to write a review. Everyone has been great, but wanted to specially acknowledge Kaitlin. She is so knowledgeable, very pleasant, willing to spend needed time to answer questions and does it always with a smile. She is truly what customer service should be, which unfortunately can be rare these days and that is why we drive there from Princeton. They also have everything in stock and great prices.”

“This review is long overdue. Besides the sometimes long waits my personal experience was pretty good. A couple of bumps from staff but from my knowledge are no longer there. Everyone else was lovely. Although I didn’t get to meet Dr. Pemberton until the end of my pregnancy, she answered all my questions and make me feel comfortable. I was planning a birth center delivery but I ended up being two weeks overdue so I had to deliver at Mountainside. After a long induction process Dr. P came in and reassured me that everything was fine. My husband and I were worried about baby’s heart rate so we wanted to have a c section. Dr. P made us relax and spoke to us with such calmness and confidence. We ended up having an amazing vaginal birth and I’m so glad she was there for it. Thank GOD for her!!”
