“Every time I have an appointment with Dr. Kenny, He is courteous and listens and asks questions that are helpful to me. He follows through on making things happen for my good. He found an issue with my heart when I knew nothing about it. He insisted I go to the heart institute and get checked out. He is someone I go to for Lupus and yet he saved me because he looks deep into my appointments. There is a reason he is so loved by all his coworkers and staff and especially patients. “I’ve been going to this clinic for the past four years and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at Kverlake in Issaquah. They’re always super friendly and welcoming, but more importantly they’re always ON IT! whenever I have a concern and I reach out to them via MyChart they are always quick to get back to me, and if something comes up that needs to be addressed sooner than later, they have always been quick and able to accommodate me. Doctor Le and Dr. Akinsanya have always been great doctors that truly hear my concerns and try to address them, but special kudos to their staff! They’re the best! If they say they’re gonna do something, they do it, and they do it quickly. I love that they’re always there if I need them! Definitely recommend them if you live in this area.”

“We had our first appointment with Frontier and were blown away by the customer service! My 2.5 year old son was being seen for some skin issues and all the staff were patient and very pleasant! Laura made scheduling our appointment a breeze, Kerri was interactive with not only me but also my son which I love and Dr. Ferguson, he was outstanding with my little guy and made friends with him instantly by giving him some stickers! Dr. Ferguson also answered all my questions and explained things in a very simple to understand way! “Love my sons doctor and his team which is the reason for the stars, took one off for the office staff honestly is hit or miss with them on any given day. I have had some really sweet interactions when figuring out my sons medications and then other times have someone seem very annoyed by my existence. I have worked in office environments and customer service so I genuinely try not to be annoying but sometimes I have questions. It has been a crazy few years for everyone and I don't really want to be dealing with you all either but this is life.”

“I got into the office 4 min late, even tho I was over 10 min early, because their check in kiosks were not working and an elderly man was holding up the line. The MA let me know the doctor took the patient after me, but would still be gracious enough to see me today. I waited in the waiting room for at least 5 minutes and got into the office 4 minutes after 9. On top of that, I'd requested prescription refills while I was waiting for the line to decrease, and Dr Bhatia needed to approve them. When I left over an hour later, never having seen the doctor, they hadn't been approved, and now I don't have my prescriptions. I thought H Wang was horrible, but I changed doctors again today. Kaiser has been such a disappointment that last year I paid for a private doctor and a naturopath not covered by insurance. Unfortunately, I can't afford to keep a doctor who actually cares about helping me.”
