“VIVIDUS HOSPITAL I hope this message finds you well. I recently had an experience with your hospital when my father was admitted due to vitamin deficiency. Overall, I found the hospital to be exceptionally clean and tidy, which is commendable. However, I would like to bring to your attention a couple of concerns. Firstly, there were instances where the cleaning staff (housekeeping) was not readily available near the ward. It would be beneficial to ensure constant coverage so that requests can be promptly addressed, even when one staff member is occupied with other tasks. Additionally, I observed that some nursing staff members exhibited a rather rude tone. It would greatly improve the overall experience if the nursing staff could maintain a calm and friendly demeanor, fostering a more positive and responsive environment. I understand that it's important not to generalize, and I refrain from mentioning specific names, as I believe it's unfair to hold everyone accountable for the actions of a few individuals.
