“I found Grace when I was looking for a new doctor for my elderly mother last year. After bringing her both my husband and I starting coming here. Everyone is very kind and patient. We have seen Dr. Buffalo and the nurse practitioners and have been pleased with everyone! I can't say enough about how pleased we were to find a doctor's office that treats you well and is so caring. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good place to call their doctor.”

“Never answer their phones. Called all 3 locations over 40 times total trying to get test results that they were supposed to have yesterday but didn't. Waited over an hour. Staff said they emailed record people. I asked if they could call record people. She says no. So ui Googled and called and talked myself with record people. Left after 1 hour more of waiting. Doctor or staff were supposed to call with results. Never did saying we never got them. So I spent the muting calling all 3 locations trying to get an answer no exaggeration 30 phone calls later still no answer. So went by and explained my situation and still no results in. I asked about the calling situation and they looked confused. I called while standing there and the phone rings. I exclaimed "OMG the phone are wiring! " a nurse there and a patient in the waiting room says to me this happens all the time. I will be addressing this with Doctors and office manager today!”
