“I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the service at Dan Murphy’s Glen Waverley, specifically concerning a cashier who displayed unacceptable levels of impatience and rudeness. The cashier, a middle-aged, bald, white man of a larger build and average height, demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and customer service skills. On my visit, there were only three customers in line, and I was the second. The first customer, an elderly gentleman who seemed to have difficulty with English, took a bit longer to process his transaction. The cashier’s impatience became evident as he showed visible signs of irritation, which was both uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness. When it was my turn, I encountered issues with my membership not being recognized in their system. Instead of assisting me, the cashier complained about me not having my membership details ready, accusing me of holding up the line. He refused my request for further assistance and urged me to pay without resolving the issue. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also diminishes the shopping experience at Dan Murphy’s. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with patience and respect, regardless of the situation. The cashier’s attitude was not only unhelpful but also created an unwelcoming and hostile environment. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that their staff is adequately trained in customer service and empathy. Such behavior should not be tolerated in a customer-facing role.”

The second time my machine beeped red, she saw it and made sure she went to every other person with a red machine (even those who went red after mine) So sorry to be an inconvenience to you and so sorry your machine didn't recognise my items. I was there for 15 minutes waiting with my kids because your machine kept playing up and you thought it fun to make me wait. I was polite despite your rudeness. Customers are forced to do self checkout and then treated like criminals for the privilege of doing so. Absolutely crazy.”

And also bicycle games according to size...and also winter and summer furniture. They also have tools for camping and cars for fishing and also carpentry and electrical tools (every thing comes out every week in good shape. Wait for it, their stuff is very good. As for vegetables, fruits, and meat, they are available in all kinds of meat (from chicken-all kinds-chopped-and cutlets-and also has all kinds of sausages-pork-all kinds-beef-all kinds-lamb-all kinds-etc....)As for cheese, dairy, and milk, there are all kinds. As for the second part of the drinks, they are available in types of white and red wine, beer, and other things...there is also bread, loaf,and pastries. As for the employees, they are helpful when we need to ask them, and ask the smile always does not leave their faces. As for the prices, their prices are very, very reasonable.
