“Went yesterday (12-31-23) to pick up some things. We typically buy the trickling springs milk. Now, i know some companies send their own people to take care of stock/expired product removal. But as said above it was the 31st. There was still milk in the cooler with sell by date of 12/25? Another bottle had masking tape on it with “coffee” written on it? Not sure what that was about lol. The store or the company needs to keep track of this better.”

“Had such an amazing experience with giant eagle that I have to rave about it! I had a picture in my head about how I wanted my kids cake to look and that nailed it!! Talked on the phone with the bakers for maybe 5 mins explaining everything and said half would be monster truck theme and for them to run with that idea and they did!! I bought the monster trucks and quad from dollar tree but I needed a good base to the cake and they went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend a 1000x over! Plus got deli slider sandwiches and fried chicken which were amazing!! Thanks so much giant eagle family!! Also shout out to Jonathan with party planning for making everything so painless!!”

“Don’t order the $10 “Garden Salad”. I ordered this and it was a mound of lettuce with 1 tomato wedge and 1 olive. After speaking with the Manager, I was informed that this was not a mistake and that’s how they make their Garden Salad. Absolutely not worth the $10. Pasta was good though”

“I had a horrible experience. The older man at the counter was following me and my daughter around the store. He tried to overcharge me for the items. Once I asked him to itemize my order and check to make sure it was correct he started to take some things off that he over charged me for. He then said this is too much work. You people need to come in here and know what you are buying. Then he said don’t shop here if you can’t afford to. Horrible experience!”

“So 2 weeks before my wedding date I had ordered a cake because I wasn't spending $300 on 1 so I go there and complete the order. The day of my wedding I had my mother in law and father in law go and pick the cake up AND THEY TELL THEM THERE IS NO CAKE NOW this is 2 weeks after I placed the order so make a long story short they ended up giving us a half sheet and wrote "I DO" completely blew me off on the phone VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!”
