“This is the saddest experience ever, we bought 3 cheeses, prosciutto and salsa tartufata in this shop. The seller (as I see from the receipt his name is Carlo, young guy) was extremely sweet, asking us where we are from, blabla. When we arrived home in few hours of ride in the heat we found out that there are only 2 cheeses in the bag instead of 3 ( small parmigiano vacche of 300g was missing). Now I understand why he was asking us where we are from and smiling to us so much, because he understands that we cannot come back fast from Verona for the missing item. Such an awful experience that cost us 14,5 euro as you can see from the receipt. Please check your bags and receipts before leaving this fraud shop.”
