“Very friendly family business. Yet, I wanted to go back to France to taste what I bought there, so to make a review that is as less unbiased as possible. In general, the spices are fresh and very tasty. I did the experiment of grinding some of them, like cumin and cinnamon, and to compare with the organic ones I buy in France. Such a difference in fragrance, and in color. The cinnamon I brought back is much sweater and tastier. The color is darker. I do a lot of hummus and the cumin is an important ingredient. Normally the cumin has a bit of a rough taste. This one what very fragrant, with floral aromas. Closer to anis seeds. The curry is very well assembled. And intense. No need to put a lot. I highly recommend this place. And the price are really reasonable. I'd definitely go there again.”
