It's quite small for the size of the store and not such a wide variety available. The store is well organised and plenty of staff about. The self checkout was only open for the one side, not too sure if this is only opened when it's busier but didn't wait at all so no issue there.”

“Great place to shop. Good store lay out ,plenty of room between product aisles. Very helpful and efficient staff who always walk you to the location of items you have requested. Excellent range of products an many categories from food and drink to clothing and household items. Their products are great quality even the Value range. Plenty of options re payment with the self service option allowing for quick passage through the store if only a few items are needed. The only drawback is the lack of changing room facilitues. I feel it s best to be able to try clothing before you purchase. I would have thought the Covid related restrictions would have been lifted by now. However overall a visit to Tesco Extra is very rewarding. There are plenty of parking spaces outside and access to the store caters for all levels of mobility.”

“Was in Store yesterday and went to the self check out. I set my few things on wrong side of the check out and was told quite abruptly to move it to other side. Following the instruction I still had some issue… I’m not a fan of self checks outs, but felt like the staff standing around where to help. I scanned everything and put them in the cart and I realized the security tags needed to be removed. I then asked this other woman if she could assist and the reaction on her face and behaviors was quite rude. The bad attitude towards me was uncalled for. She asked for the receipt which I gave her and the two clothing items where scanned first, but she stood there going through the entire receipt and at same time looking at me then looking at the shopping cart! I asked her why she was looking at the entire receipt and she said it was required. I don’t have an issue with that but she could have explained that and kept her lack of customer service to herself. If you need to know her name you can find out as she was on duty with the other person at approx 12:30 or thereabouts. I have never been so upset in a grocery store before… rude, disrespectful and ignorant. TESCO needs to get some of the staff trained properly with Customers Service! Sincerely”

“Lot's of lazy staff standing about chatting or on their phones, much like any other Tesco tbh. One in particular during the day, tall guy with glasses. He was in boose and I was getting beers for some friends but none on the shelf. I seen some on a cage and he promised to get them for me soon so I said I would do my other shopping first . I even left it out to the car and went back into the shop probably 20 minutes after he said that . On the way to boose aisle I seen him walking in the opposite direction on his phone grinning so I assumed he'd split the cage but when I got there it was untouched. I ended up doing it myself to get the products I wanted. An example of being fobbed off by a lazy member of Tesco staff. This was a while ago and every time I see him in the shop he's chatting to other colleagues or looking at his phone. As an ex Tesco employee I can confirm Tesco is rife with this type of worker going right to store manager level!”

“Unusual layout, rude staff, very uncaring and robotic. The worst tesco I've been in. Sorry aout the lucozade spillage. Also potentially have a substance sitting in their interview room which was not accounted for. Disgraceful, no wonder they didn't want someone seeing it. Love from A*DA, Bangor... dispicible. PS. Young black gentleman security; legend. Very caring and realised I needed help. Did his job. His other young pal? Useless. Probably not a bad guy but out of his depth entirely. Needs retraining?
