“The store is super clean. I purchased over 40 dollars worth of 🍣 sushi Friday 04/22/22. I asked the Itamae for extra wasabi and she gave me a dime sized dollop more. Is there a horseradish shortage, that I am unaware of??? Shenanigans!!! I was craving sushi. Initially, I was going to place all of it back into the display case, as I was not pleased at all. I was sidetracked by a friend...who reminded me I needed some additional items for purchase. I went down the ice cream 🍨 aisle ...to cool down and get a frozen treat. Out of nowhere, someone asked me if I needed help. It was an an amazing employee by the name of "ALTON". Alton was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, informative, patient and very customer service oriented. We talked about sugar free choices and options / popsicles vs. ice reams. The interaction overall was refreshing. He was completely what I needed in those following moments. His exuded energy restored my faith in the power of compassion and positivity. Alton you did that!!! Who knew that this random act of kindness on this day, could really turn a negative experience within the same store around. There have been other negative experiences that have not been reported at this location, but let's let by gones be by gones. Rouses Corporate please create a mold of this model employee and start a production line replicating Alton's. Like the Terminator, due to him "I'll be back".”

“I was very impressed by the sandwich tray that I ordered for my office Christmas party and the customer service. I spoke with at least 4 different people in the deli area and everyone was polite and helpful. The tray was done beautiful and a good amount of meat in each sandwich. That tray was made with love and it showed. I'll never get my sandwich trays anywhere else. ***This is a small tray, 24 pieces”

“I want to like aldi but since I like to use cash the cashiers never being present is really inconvenient & starting to get on my nerves. Almost every time I wait for 5 minutes or more for a cashier to appear. What really makes me aggregated is waiting meanwhile employees see me but the cashier is on an ale that can’t see me. Why do the employees that see me not notify the cashier? In my opinion the manager should be aware of this and get them to start working as a team because we don’t have all day to wait & I shouldn’t have to go searching for the cashier when it’s clear 2 employees already seen me.”

“We stopped in to get a light lunch to take back to our hotel on a Saturday and we were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked this store was given its size. There were a lot of cool things to an out of towner and we were able to still get a very local type lunch even though we stopped at a grocery store. Lines moved fast though the cashier was far more concerned with their personal conversations than with assisting customers. But if I was local I’d be here a lot!”
