“A great little shop to get all those German goodies at quite reasonable prices. (Strangely comparable to the German Christmas markets). Location and Layout: (5/5) Smack on the main road makes it easy to access and get to. The store from outside looks small, but when inside it is laid out well with a center billing area and all the sections around making it easy to navigate even with more people. Assortment: (4/5) A really great range of products to choose from. Love the fact that it is Christmas all year round for some of the sections. They also have the Swiss cow bells if you fancy. They do have cuckoo clocks which are really well made. We picked one up and are very happy with it. Packed well for long journeys as well. Service: (5/5) Excellent, the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything that is in the store. They were helpful with choosing and packing things well. Summary: (4.5/5) All in all a great little store to visit and pick things up in especially around the Christmas season.”

“Love this place, in fact all Drakes Supermarkets. There is always staff to help you find things, its clean and they always have people on the checkout, not like other stores where you have to serve yourself. The variety is great and if you shop there towards closing time , hings get marked down so they can start afresh the next day.”

“This is a western suburbs treasure and has been around a long time! Great prices and the selection is awesome If you go regular enough you'll often find some great specials on all the meats. Staff are always helpful and willing to go beyond. I haven't eaten at the front section but gathering by the number of people that are often there, I'm guessing it's a good feed.”

Her name was Belle or Bella, she was the most loveliest young lady I've ever come across, nothing was a bother, her friendliness, mannerism & customer service skills are excellent, she was polite respectful, eager to help & very efficient/skilled at her job. I was super impressed, she was just awesome. We need more young people like Belle working in our supermarkets! Thank you Belle, you made it so easy & stress free for me to find my clients food items, I would probably have been in there alot longer if not for you!
