“While this isn’t the best commissary I’ve been to. As a retiree I’m very glad to have the option in my area. The store usually has what I’m looking for. If Julius is working the produce section looks good. By far my family saves money coming here each week. The new self checkout lanes are nice. Sorry, coming here weekly I’m not tipping someone to bag my groceries when I can just do it myself. It’s time they go full self checkout. If you can shop here. It’s definitely worth it.”

“This store has everything in it. They have produce, party favors, freezer items, and so much more. I was impressed that they had fresh produce at a great price. You can grocery shop and buy other items while shopping here. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and nice. I really enjoyed coming here and you should check out the deals that they have at this bargain store. I will be back time and time again to save money.”

“I ordered a birthday cake for my son. Nothing really special, 1/4 sheet chocolate with Minecraft decorations and "Happy Birthday Jayson" written on it. My mistake was not asking how much it would be. I was expecting it to be between 25 and 30 dollars based on past purchases. DOES THIS LOOK LIKE A $36 DOLLAR CAKE??”

“This is a pretty cool Mexican style market. Looked 100 percent full, no empty booths. Not a lot of people so you can shop in peace. Lots of food choices for a small market. They even had a handful of barber/beauty shops. Not sure why it's so dead in terms of customers. Place was clean and had plenty to offer.”

“Was me and my wife's anniversary! Figured we would shop a little and get something to eat, only shop's open were tourist shop's! Seemed as though the people running them were not cowboys or cowgirls, they were people with like piercings in every available place on their face, and didnt look happy to be there! Stopped at a steak house Cattleman's 45 min wait? They had whole areas roped off? Tryed Riscky's same exact issue? We drove 7 min away to get lunch! The Stockyards are not like when I was young and came too it seemed really fake and crowded!”

“I went to Whiz-Q last week to purchase some flagstone & find a gravel mix like what we have in our backyard. I had no idea how this was going to work as I was using my personal car, so I went inside & spoke with a man behind the counter. He. Was. Awesome. He told me to weigh my car first, then where to go in the yard for the specific flagstone that I needed & that someone would meet me there to help load the pieces. I didn’t catch that young man’s name but he couldn’t have been nicer. 🪨🌲 Additionally, the young lady at the scales was super nice & helpful. She even directed me to the nearest (nice) gas station when I had to stop everything to go get gas. 🙄 Upon returning to finish up my rock shopping trip 🪨 I found the perfect gravel mix, weighed, paid & returned the next day for more. Everyone was friendly & the prices were very reasonable. I’ll be back. Thanks Whiz-Q! See you soon ~ Tammy”
