“We stopped off here on the way from Belfast to Derry after being recommended to go here by friends and by god were we glad we did! Our warm welcome from our very attentive waitress to having our drinks on our table within minutes and allowing the perfect amount of time for us to be ready to order. The kids menu for our 4 and 6 year old was great, they loved being able to choose a starter, main and dessert and having the fruit skewer as a choice is super healthy and great to see (i have added menu to pics). Our food was absolutely beautiful and nothing was left on our plates, perfect portions, perfectly cooked and presented and top class and friendly service from the staff. This will definitely be our go to place for trips to Belfast in future (just 2 mile from roundabout at Magherafelt (Derry to Belfast route) really couldn't recommend here any higher. Full marks!”

“I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend for his birthday. Normally I'm not really a meat eater and especially no steak but I booked it for my boyfriends birthday because he loves steak. But after that visit, I couldn't stop thinking about the food there because it was so good and I also enjoyed the Fillet Steak that I had so much! It was such a nice experience cooking your own meat on the lava stone and it was so much fun to do so. I can't wait to come back to eat there again. Service was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. They explained how everything works and gave us suggestions on how to handle the lava stone. A little nice extra that they offer is if you book a table on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday after 6PM, you're able to book it with 15% off all your Mains which is a nice plus. But either way, the food is definitely worth the money. When you enter the building you get into a kind of Pub/Bar only for drinks and you have to go upstairs to get to the restaurant, so don't be irritated at first. I can definitely recommend this place to all the steak lovers or for people who like to give it a try, as you see, even if I don't really like to eat steak I ended up loving it.”

“Went there with a group of 8 people. Staff were very friendly and our food got out to us very quickly considering the amount of people we had. I ordered The Meat Trio which was amazing, then got a gingerbread dessert which was also very good. In terms of aesthetics the place looks amazing. Wonderful almost antique store type feel to the place complete with the roaring fire in the corner makes for a very good atmosphere.”

“We came in to try their bottomless brunch whilst visiting over the weekend. Brunch is limited to one type of drink only for you 2 hour stay with the option to upgrade for an additional £4 which one of us did. The whole table must be doing the brunch. It was advised to choose one each that we liked, so we had the ability to swap amongst the table. Staff were very friendly and attentive, quick to bring our drinks once we had finished them. They very kindly swapped out the food on the brunch menu for a salad on request- which was really enjoyable. The only downside we experienced was that our table was fairly sticky, but once the drinks were poured, it was little more than an afterthought. Though with the great service the staff provided, if we had mentioned this to them, they would have resolved it. Thank you to the team for the lovely visit!”

“First off, I appreciate this restaurant being open on Xmas day - thank you to all the amazing staff. This restaurant is very cosy! The staff made me feel welcome and had a continuous smile on their face. I came as a table of 1 and was seated at the bar, as expected from reading the disclaimer on the booking site. I had enough leg room and plate room sitting here, and the lady making the drinks was lovely and very attentive. The food was amazing, the flavours in the tiramisu was so rich. I left the restaurant very full as the portion sizes were good. I will definitely be back :)”
