The young man in the front was so Amazing and knowledgeable as well as diligent with the quote and ran everything by the owner as we spoke. My device was restored and returned within a matter of hours for the price quoted by the owner and the front service technician. My device was in better condition than it was even better than it was when factory new. Though it was only months old I had no warranty because of where I purchased it. I am thrilled that I didn't have to undergo the agony of returning it to the company for service that would have taken time and possibly loss of data that runs three of my business ongoing seven years. Literally took 2 months for all of my data to transfer when I switched providers as it was. This company has saved me so much more than words and time can explain. “I ordered a "factory sealed new" switch. I was given a used switch registered to another company, with a changed password. The switch was unusable. I was actually yelled at when I said I wanted to return the switch and told that since I opened the box they won't take it back. No way to tell it was already registered or the password was changed without opening the box. Note that the registration card was missing from the box. When I called them back was told this is a grey market unit and not eligible for Cisco support. Nowhere in the add did it say grey market and again, the password was changed, so not factory sealed either.”
