“I was given a chance to express my situation i had with the plug in i recently installed. The representative helped my to download the PFS app to properly download plug-ins. But I am a little old fashioned any like to speak through a phone call. But I was still able to get my point across through the chat option. Thank you.”

“My phone was fixed almost a year ago elsewhere, and started having issues about half a year after the fix. Evan was super helpful and thorough in explaining the different ways to fix my phone (Pixel 6 with part of the screen not responsive despite having no cracks). He was also really helpful in guiding me through my insurance and seemed very experienced in dealing with phone claims. This group was so confident they did an amazing job that they even gave me a year long warranty for their repair which is quite rare for a repair shop!”

“Thank you for taking the time to read this review for ScreenWorks. I apologize that it is long, but I didn't want to hide anything and make anyone look better or worse (myself included). A couple years ago, I took my Pixel 3 Pro in for a battery replacement. They took great care of me. This time, I needed to have the screen of my Pixel 6 Pro with fingerprint sensor replaced. I came in on Tuesday afternoon, put down my deposit and we ordered the part. A couple days later on Friday, I brought my phone back in to have the screen replaced. Took them 3 hours to get it ready. Nice!! When I came in to pick it up, I noticed there was a tiny green light right above my front camera at the top. Never saw that before. I recognized it as being a cracked screen at that spot. They acknowledged the same. I also noticed that the fingerprint sensor wasn't working. They had thankfully ordered a second screen for the phone. They asked me to bring my phone back in Sunday afternoon and they'd have it ready before closing. They also asked me to put the phone through its paces and make sure everything was working correctly. So I did. On Sunday after they replaced the screen, I can say it looks great! No cracks. Very bright. Accurate colors. However, no fingerprint access like before. In fact the facial recognition and fingerprint options don't even show up in my Settings. I asked if the screen had a fingerprint sensor on it. Their employee looked it up and said that the screen that they installed, didn't have that. Now this is where I am a little frustrated. When I brought my phone with the cracked screen in, the fingerprint sensor on it was still working. The fingerprint icon was clearly visible at login even on the damaged screen. The staff at ScreenWorks could see that easily. Why would I want to replace one screen for another without all the same features? So one of their amazing associates Jacob looked up replacement screens for my Pixel 6 Pro and they ordered the proper screen WITH the fingerprint reader. It will cost me $100 more as that display is more expensive than the other, but every penny I've paid so far will go to that one. While I'm waiting for that screen to come in, I'm still using the second one they replaced and have kept the little plastic screen peel on it to protect the screen. Hopefully they'll be able to use it for someone that doesn't care about the fingerprint reader. I'm hoping for a call today (Wed) letting me know the screen with the fingerprint sensor is in and that I can drop it off this afternoon sometime. If not today, then Friday. No matter what, this company has done a great job taking care of my phone repair needs. I HIGHLY recommend them. I'm only giving 4 stars right now because of the extra headache of the ordering of a screen without the fingerprint sensor. To the employees at ScreenWorks, first offer like for like (in my case the screen WITH fingerprint reader). Then if that seems like too much to the customer, offer them the downgraded screen. Either way the customer will get what they are expecting and you'll avoid a headache. Thank you for taking the time to read this review of ScreenWorks.”

“I have 2 separate (14 panels and 12 panels) existing Sunpower systems already installed in my house and decided to add more panels (9). I went back for the simplicity of using 1 company and I am assuming they will at least take good care of me because of my loyalty to the company. Unfortunately I was mistaken. I have nothing but positive reviews for the sales team but has a bunch of different issues with getting my system going after installation. The communication method with the project coordinator definitely needs some work. At most times you won’t get a response until after two weeks after you send them an email. It is unfortunate that it’s close to impossible to get them on the phone. It took about two months after getting our PTO to get our new system completely going. I was promised that they can combine the 12 panel and the new 9 panel system into one monitoring system. They did do that but it took almost two months of back and forth to get things going. Scheduling a technician to come out is a hit or miss. I get a text to confirm appointment dates and there will be a no show. Other times they will just show unexpectedly. I am recovering from a knee surgery and I informed them to confirm with me about a possible date and technician will just show up unannounced. Also, technicians will come out and flat out inform you that they don’t know what they need to do as they haven’t performed the task of combining two systems into one monitor. Also had an issue where our system wasn’t really working because of a faulty emergency shut off. Also, at times the project coordinator does not really understand what is going even after providing detailed explanation of what is wrong with the system. Technicians will come out thinking they need to perform a specific action unrelated to the issue at hand. I am just relieved that the last technician completely knew what he needed to do to fix all the issues we are having. It was just an overall unpleasant and frustrating experience.”

Anypromo.com

“Ordered branded magnifiers, hand sanitizers, and pens. There are no issues with these items, and we had a relatively easy time receiving the virtual proofs and working with their team to edit those items. However, beware of ordering any samples from them. For samples, they are "free," and you cover the cost of shipping (an undisclosed amount). You enter your account number, and the respective shipper will invoice you. This may be an issue more with the shipper than AnyPromo, but the shipping cost is ridiculous. We ordered 1 stress ball and 1 eye mask (a value of less than $5 total), and we were charged over $56 for these 2 items alone on shipping. Our first experience was great, but this has been sullied by the lack of transparency in shipping costs. There should be no reason that shipping costs is 10 times greater than the value of the items, especially when they do not reveal the cost upfront and the items weigh less than a pound. Very disappointed. DO NOT REQUEST SAMPLES.”

“I have no words as to how friendly they are when you call and give you so much information and details regarding what may happen with warranty and options they have as well. I had called some other places and they were just short with me and couldn't care about my concerns. the other stores should learn from this location 5*s”

“I embarked on a large project with them and they were excellent! From quote to finished product. Coby helped me through multiple iterations, reviews and edits. I ended up with an illustrated 125 page book of poems my mom had written decades ago. When we finalized and went to print the books they quoted accurately and delivered the books on time. In the process they walked me through questions and sent me paper samples so I could decide through feel. Thanks!”

Unifirst Uniform Services - Los Angeles

“Our company switched laundry service after 15+ years. We started off great with the uniform fittings for the mechanics and parts employees. It took a little longer than normal to get the lockers delivered due to covid but they finally came. We got off to a rocky start with the temp delivery driver not picking up items to be laundered and not making requested uniform changes, but once our regular driver came back, he got things done! The uniform changes that were requested 3 months prior got done in 2 weeks. Alex is friendly and always smiling when he is at our dealership. When ever i have a question he cant answer right away, he has the answer the next week. Hopefully he will be our uniform delivery guy for a while.”

“Have been using Sail Internet for years. Very good customer service. Always give notifications before they do maintenance in the midnight. When emailing them with issues, always give quick responses, or a live person answering your call without long wait time. Only drawback is the internet speed not very stable. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower”
