“Brought my first gaming pc into them after a freak power surge happened that took out the PSU even when hooked up to a surge protector (the psu lit on fire and smoked no joke 🤣😅). I paid for express service and Jason did absolute stunning work on this PC! It was worth the express service cause I took it in at lunch, and it was done before close that day! I can't express how grateful I am for the service being an option! I'm really passionate about gaming, content creation, and thought my PC was a goner. They took my PC from a dusty wagon back up to a Mach-1! Jason did amazing wire management, added a bracing for almost no extra cost, replaced the PSU, and cleaned the heck out of it! ALSO, even did a full diagnostic and warned me a of a future problem I should look into! The rest of the staff are really nice and even explained my billing to me thoroughly on the phone later on when I thought something was missed! Really professional and nice people here! I'll be gladly bringing my babies back into them for tune ups in the future! Thanks again to all of you! You really made my month a better one!”

“Our organization hosted a 100 person 2-day event in the Industry Innovation Center as well as a 20 person 2-day strategic planning event in TechTown and overall it was a great venue. The venue staff (especially Michelle!) were awesome on-site and worked hard to make everything go smoothly, including recommended outside vendors as needed. The layout and the actual space were perfect for what we needed. However, we ran into a few issues in the Industry Innovation Center including lack of AC/blowing hot air in the Auditorium during a fairly warm day and some recurring toilet issues that caused some difficulties for attendees. If those two things were fixed/upgraded, the venue would be top notch! The TechTown space was very cool to see all the co-working, local food options, etc.”

“Terrible place to try and find work... something came up on a background check from over 15 years ago and they turned around and threw me under the bus with the company I was trying to work for when that company has hired people with the same background as mine. It's supposed to only be a 7 year background check. Yet this company did whatever they wanted without knowing the facts and had me terminated from that company. Do not use their service!”
