“Four stars for the view, three stars for the food. We had the mixed grilled fish, which we found out upon its arrival that it meant grilled shellfish and fish... We weren't enthused since we don't really eat shellfish and it didn't have much flavor since it was just grilled. The service was decent, but they didn't really speak English so it was hard to communicate with our limited Italian. However, the view really was amazing. Would go back for drinks. Oh, and the bathroom door didn't lock which isn't ideal....”

“Booked in advance, as it is aways full. The owner is a funny guy as well as the waitresses, who make you feel very welcomed. We took different antipasti, pasta and tuna, plus some dolce. It was all good, only tuna seemed a bit too dry but overall we ate great!”

“The place is very nice with kind staff and tasty food. They have a type of pasta “fregula” which apparently was awarded in a TV show. It had a touch of spicyness and a fish pieces on top. I am not a fan of sea food but this was nice. The ramen was tasty as well. What I liked the most was 2 things though, 1 - “matchamisu” which is a matcha powder version of tiramisu. I recommend trying that desert :) 2 - the starter “gyoza” which were juicy and fried at the same time, very delicious! They have different menu for each day so some things may not be available everyday. For example the day we went (a monday), there was only 1 type of ramen.”

“This dinner was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful (catered to my dietary restrictions/allergies without issue). The food was fantastic! The gluten free pasta was cooked well and the sauce was so delicious. They also provided gf bread which was lovely. My partner had normal pasta (ravioli) and said it was delicious. Certainly a must if you’re in Alghero!”

“We were able to reserve a table there half an hour before opening. We were greeted very nicely and professionally and shown to our table in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend making a reservation. Apparently the “higher society” was the guest there, mainly Italian-speaking guests… The service, the starters, the pizzas, the desserts… everything was perfect - except for our steak. The head waiter proactively brought a 1kg tomahawk to the table and offered us - so we also decided on the steak - MEDIUM. The steak was served to us and since then the waiters have kind of withdrawn, before we were always asked if everything was okay, etc. The steak was definitely far from medium rare, it was way too raw, see the photos for yourself. Maybe that was also the reason that no one asked us anymore if everything was okay... We were very disappointed... unfortunately we didn't like it. I definitely wouldn't recommend a steak in this restaurant, there are better alternatives. The pizza and fish soup were excellent.”

“Great location, very nice staff. Food I thought would be better. Loved 2 dishes out of the classic testing menu. Only because the menue had beetroot and even if the dishes were nice it is not my favourite flavour. I'm not sure if the menu changes regularly. You can book your table online. Dinner only. Sitting outside on the square was wonderful.”

“1 star, only because the "board+drink formula" is misleading. The price is not per board but per person. So if you are two, you'll be charged double the amount even if you only wanted a 1-person board. Clever but dishonest, otherwise the focacccie is not bad in itself.”

“Location is ok, looks like one of these old days hotel not caring about the passing of time. It wants to be authentic and traditional but it s not able to do so in a good way. All food was avarage, including the sheep Ragu. The only dish that stands out (form what we tried) was the pasta with shrimps bisque and the seadas . Price also inflated. Staff was gentle and friendly.”
