“My family enjoy their Thursday Steak Special and some Mussels. For starters we have Arancini balls and Honey soy Chicken. The staff are very warm, pleasant and accomodating. Generous portion and waiting time wasn't that long. We enjoy our meal and we will definitely try other menu. My only suggestion is to have good lighting as the inside seem so dark.”

“Such a shame I cannot give a five star rating The food was absolutely exceptional I have been to a number of Italian restaurants and this one is the best so far so good The only reason they lose a star is getting to the toilet being disabled is a little difficult. The Italian sausage pasta was for my taste a little peppery but still absolutely exceptional everything was phenomenal even the seafood pizza the squid scallops etc were cooked to perfection. The pear and parmesan rocket salad was really good! The atmosphere and lighting were exceptional while we were there they were pumping 80s music which is fine for me. Was a great experience highly highly recommended! 👌”

“Called in on spec last Wednesday evening. At the time, it was nice to sit outside under the covered area with a heater. Then the storm arrived, and despite being very busy, we managed to move inside. The Chateaubriand set for two was nicely cooked, and we added a portion of tiger prawns. The beef was tasty but a little dry in places. Vegetable portions are good and again tasty. Others in our group had steaks with a side, which was just enough. I can see the cost mounting if you're hungry though. Good choice of cocktails and wines.”

I don’t think the menu has changed much over the year, and why should it. Italian food has been set in stone for some time now, and Capri do it very very well. One of our friends said that they cannot wait to return, to try something else on the menu - and that in itself, is the pinnacle of compliments. There’s not much in the way of typical atmosphere, but would Nonna have music playing when you are at her place for lunch/dinner? I think not. Capri try to keep it as authentic as possible. The simplicity is romantic. They offer BYO (with a small corkage), so you can enjoy a cold beer, or red wine with your meal. Capri has been there for years, and I hope it stays for many more to come. It is a great little treasure in the heart of Fremantle.”

“My husband and I had lunch here today for the first time and were very impressed. The restaurant and outdoor area is simple and elegant and has a warm, friendly, unpretentious feel. Service was perfect, giving us time to enjoy our meal in a relaxed way but staff were always attentive, professional and made us feel very welcome. The food was amazing, with perfect portion sizes that meant we could enjoy 2 courses and share a dessert. We were celebrating so weren't conscious of what we paid, but when we paid our bill we felt we had certainly had value for money. We will definitely return and if we have our chadults with us will probably take advantage of the special 2 course lunch menu on offer :)”

My meal arrived promptly, lasagna with a side of garlic bread. The garlic bread was slices, easily as pleasurable as the old Sizzler cheesy bread. The lasagna would have made Garfield dizzy with pleasure. I'm sad now that I've been walking past this place for decades, on the way to the movies. No room for dessert though.... Might sit here for a while longer.”

We were outside with views to the playground as per our request, with a great play area for kids, although it could use a bit more shade for our Aussie summer! We ordered via the QR on our table and the food came out in dribs and drabs, a large table like ours probably would’ve done better with table service. The young wait staff were so lovely and understanding when we flagged them for things missing. I enjoyed the Rose Spritz and Rose with my Carpaccio for lunch. We will be back for sure in years to come.”
