“This used to be a good restaurant. They had a buffet service where you could pick what you wanted by yourself and everything was already prepared. Now they invested in digital tablets menus on each table which discourages some people on the table from making orders. I had a birthday dinner there and myself and my partner had to order everything for the table because no one wanted to hold the tablet to order for themselves. It’s just the worst way to do an all you can eat buffet. They staff there is includes one woman who is too forward. Everytime she came around it was so uncomfortable for everyone on the table. We ordered things that never came. The things that came, came slowly and scattered. It’s just the worst place to do an all you can eat buffet. They’ve changed everything. If you want all you can eat buffet in Ancona, just go to Wok Fussion Ancona. It’s better value for money. All my guests thought it was a terrible experience. Very disappointing. Also! I brought my partner for a surprise birthday dinner with his friends who he wasn’t expecting to travel in to be there. There’s a busy body lady who spoilt the surprise. She kept annoying me the entire evening.”

“When we got there I thought I was going to eat a burger or something like that. Not even close. One of the best meals I got during this visit to Italy. The quality of the food, the attention to details, the knowledge of the staff. What an amazing experience. I can’t stress enough: forget Michelin starred restaurants, where you pay for names and status, here the price is slightly higher than average, but the quality is top notch. Highly, highly recommended.”

“Food 9 Service 9 Dogs licking plates ON the table 0 - I’ve been to many restaurants throughout the world, from high class to tavernas and I have NEVER seen dogs with paws on tables allowed to lick plates. Shame that the staff allowed that 🤮🤮🤮 and I’m an animalist with dogs and cats…. I will NEVER set foot in that restaurant again even though the food was good”

“I'm coming to this pizza cut for 12 years every summer, when having a vacation. To this day, I have never had better Margherita than the one they bake. I like how they elevated the quality and precision of their pizzas in the last couple of years, even though I thought it's not possible. The only thing that changed is that they don't offer pizzas piece by piece anymore and it's difficult to get a table, sit and have dinner. Guys always tell me that they have too many orders and they refuse to sit us down even though there are many free tables... don't know why, maybe it'd be because of covid pandemic. Nevertheless, best pizzas I have ever had, thanks, you rock!”

“The restaurant is located on water over the sea, which makes a splendid location. White & beige interior with stylish decor creates pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, with a cozy live fireplace dividing the room. For a family of 7 the waiter suggested degustation menu, it was a great idea, so everybody could taste different dishes. Antipasti / starters were very fresh and nice. As well as grilled seafood. The overall check for a dinner of starters, first & second course, sorbet degustation plates was approx. 55 euros per person with 2 bottles of wine. We enjoyed the evening very much.”

“This place isn't my favourite , same food like here you can have in a London Pub just cheaper than here. They ask me how I want my steak, I said medium rare, they bring me almost well done, fried olives cost 1€ for 1 olive, for 6€ you get 6 olive's, too overpriced and nothing wow. Chips, mixed grill and antipasti was absolutely standard, dessert idk because I don't wanna try, people who was with me ordered and they said tiramisu was ok. Atmosphere was not too bad, it was very loud, a lot of tables with 10+ people and everyone was talking loud exactly like in a PuB.I can recommend thia place only if you're a group of 10+ people and wanna have a drink together, or If you wanna have a really nice view, panorama there is just amazing, you can see Ostra and Corinaldo on the hill. If you wanna go for a date or have a delicious original meal, skip. I think it's a overpriced, loud and doesn't worth the effort to go there. For me personally is a 3/5 but I'm trying to be objective and I'll give a 4/5, it's not a place where I would like to spend my money but looks like other people like to come here .”

There is no menu to speak of, the place simply offers plates of local cured meats and cheeses as an appetizer, followed by plates of grilled meat as main course. “Great selection of local fish and seafood. Chef has reinvented some of the traditional dishes from Marche region. I strongly recommend the "tagliatelle di calamari" served Japanese style, the "fritto del barchetto" classical Italian fried seafood and the "Brodetto di Porto Recanati" re-interpretation of the famous recipe from Porto Recanati a rich sea soup without the traditional tomato sauce. Reserve an outdoor table to enjoy great sea view and ask for a Pecorino white wine bottle. Do not go on Monday.”
