“Fabulous! I had one of the best Calzone I've ever eaten in my life. Many friends have celebrated their birthdays here. Large establishment that can accommodate larger groups. Very friendly staff and absolutely top notch Mediterranean cuisine priced fairly. A stones throw from Winterthur main station. In the summer they have extensive outdoor seating. Can only recommend 👌”

“We came here for our anniversary dinner. We booked a table in advance and they even called to ensure we remember the reservation as a reminder. As it was raining, we drove instead of taking public transit and parked in the parking lot next to the building. We were heartily welcome and seated immediately. Luckily we had a two seated table and did not have to share our table with others. As we sat down, we were asked if we wanted to order an aperitif. We also received an amuse-bouche of focaccia with mortadella and green olives. We were also offered a bread basket, but I quite dislike when there is no bread plate and have to eat off the table cloth. The waiter was a bit rushed poured our water and spilled it all over the table cloth and my phone camera, and also a little bit on the other side of the table cloth. But I guess he was in a rush to go to another table, even thought it was a Tuesday night and only a little over half full. Once we received the menus, we were also presented the daily specials on a board and also white truffles in a jar. We ordered the ravioli soup and mixed salad as appetizers. Honestly we were not so impressed. I am not a big fan of salads with iceberg lettuce and salad dressings that are literally olive oil and vinegar poured on top. I did enjoy the shaved fennel, though. The ravioli soup broth was delicious, but the meat inside was a bit dry and the ravioli dough was very very al dente. The osso bucco was delicious and it was paired with some polenta (but found it very dry). We also had the scaloppine al tartufo paired with taglierni, which was delicious. For dessert, we had the white mousse and tiramisu paired with espresso, which were perfect. All in all, it was a lovely dinner with a nice ambient. I would come here again.”

You know it will be a great evening if you’re asked if you want a glass of Franciacorta 🍾for drinks and not Prosecco in an Italian restaurant 👌 I ordered the lobster tail for my first course, perfectly cooked and it went very well with the avocado 😋 Next of course the Linguine with lobster, so fresh so delicious 😍😋😋😋 As for my dessert I opted for a classic choice , the tiramisu, which came “gift wrapped” in chocolate with a chocolate powder crab. What an awesome combination 😎 Thank you for this wonderful dinner experience 👏👏👏”

The view of Zurich city and Lake and a few mountains like Säntis, Pilatus (during good weather) from the restaurant is very beautiful. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. It is good to check the opening times and reserve a table if you're a big group.”

“Do you want great tasting gluten-free pasta? Then look no further! They only offer a spaghetti version but 1) it's hard to find gluten-free anything in Switzerland and 2) when you do find something gluten-free the taste can be like cardboard. Not here. Their "Bologna Mon Amour" is so amazing that it will forever stop me from being vegan. And their cheese and meat platter is so delicious, especially paired with their honey and jams that it's simply one of the best. Last but not least, the service and people there are amazing. So if you only ever eat Italian at once place in Zurich, this should be it.”

“365 days of love celebrated here. And what an expetience it was! A little bit of a stumble with the menu but the waiters designed our own "tasting menu" with ravioli then fresh morells from Spain cooked both ways, pasta and with bread, and the lemon veal. Tender as my grandma used to make it. I think the only thing I would change is take only 1 portion of veal next time even though it was delicious there was no chance for us to grab desert. I will dream of these ravioli and will for sure come back over and over again. This might be our new favorite spot in Zurich!”

“Excellent typical Swiss restaurant. We tried both starters and desserts from the autumn/wild menu available in this period. They claim to have the “best in town” tartar and that’s quite an understatement, probably at least the “best in region”. Several variations available; we took the Italian (with basil) and the Spanish (with olives). Excellent choice. Friendly and very good service. And you feel very welcome here! Recommended in full!”

“Was passing by and decided to patronize this restaurant. Wasn't crowded at that time. Ordered Spaghetti con Gamberoni with mixture of big & small prawns and a Margherita ( tomatoes pizza ) with drinks total CHF70. Food was delicious but food and drink prices on the high side. A bottle of mineral water cost more than a cup of tea/coffee.”
